Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The worst experience I have ever had with customer service. The girl in the front desk was yelling, telling us to get out when we kindly asked for one minute to book an Uber because it was really cold. Proceeded to use profanities. Very unprofessional, rude and appalling behaviour, I don’t even know how she has this job still after all the negative reviews about her, it seems like this is a pattern of terrible customer service. Her behaviour is absolutely disgusting.Telling everyone I know not to go here. This restaurant just lost a lot of loyal customers.

Never again. Whoever worked the front desk on 8-8-21 was extremely rude. We’ve been a regularly here for 3 years, spend nearly $70 every time we come and we always leave a generous tip. The last couple times we’ve ordered we’ve had 1-3 missing items, so today, I decided to give them a call to let them know we didn’t get our chips and queso, or the salsa and lime we requested. I was told they didn’t have queso so they gave us extra quac. This made no sense to me because the chips and queso is more expensive & should have just been refunded. We also had our Jarritos switched out for flavors we didn’t want. When I called it took 3 times to even contact someone, then the woman who answered was rude and said to just call Doordash. She then told me the salsa and limes cost extra? Weird. I told her we’ve never paid for salsa or limes before - they literally have them table side for free when you dine in and we usually get about 5-10 every time we order online (which you can see in other photos online) I told her I was pretty upset about this interaction because of how regular we come and didn’t think it would be more than a quick call to say hey this has become regular and is disappointing. I said I wouldn’t be quick to come back and she said “that’s fine, I’m busy is there anything else” So disappointing. We always support local when we can and I will not be giving these people my money ever again. Customer service - 0. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Holy cow! Please believe me, this place should not even be open for business based on our recent experience and other likewise reviews. My husband and I were verbally attacked by 2 younger female servers and an older female manager over wanting to sit at a different table. The restaurant was half empty and the table they sat us at wobbles so we sat at the one next to it. The server did not like this and yelled across the room we couldn't move to that table because it was being left empty in case more people came in. She didn't say this nicely either, proceeded to get her manager who was also straight to the point and rude. We got up to leave without any further problems when the server started a fight with me, telling me I don't have to have an attitude etc.. This turned into a yelling match, profanity and the other server and manager jumping in to team up on me. At one point I thought I was going to have to defend myself in a physical fight, completely blown away by this! I will be filing complaints with the BBB, Wisconsin Consumer and local law enforcement. They should be held accountable for their aggression towards consumers as it is not a safe environment.
