Never had Peruvian food before. Tried the Lomo Saltado and was very happy with this choice. Will come back.

The meal with the Inca-Kola is Pollo Tropical:
One-quarter Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken) served with black bean, cilantro rice and sweet plantain.
The meal with the yellow and green sauce bottles is Arroz con Cerdo: Seasoned crispy pork loin, served with cilantro rice, sweet plantain, black beans, and salsa criolla. This time I got a Lucuma smoothie, and that was pretty good!
It was my first time eating here and I loved it! I ordered the Arroz Con Cerdo and a passion fruit juice. The pork tasted great and was well seasoned. The black beans were excellent as well and tasted how one would expect. The plantains were sweet, soft, and cooked just right. I really enjoyed the cilantro rice as well. The cilantro added a wonderful little burst of flavor to the rice.
The only real downside was that the restaurant itself needed some very minor repairs. However this is minor and as such I will not dock the restaurant for it.
I would definitely eat here again and can recommend this restaurant easily to just about anyone. If you like Peruvian food or if you just like to try something new, then give this place a try.
Stopped here on a whim while visiting U of M’s art museum, and so happy we did. Pork and chicken entrees we got were great. All 3 sauces were super flavorful, and cilantro rice was perfect. Staff was great- explained and recommended items, very friendly. Fried plantains were exactly what we hoped for with the perfectly caramelized edges 🤤🤤🤤 Prices were great and quick service.
The portions are HUGE and I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to try this place! Absolutely in love with the cilantro rice, chicken, and sauces here 🤩

I haven't had Peruvian food since leaving the NY/NJ metro area 6 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place and figured I'd give it a try.
The restaurant itself was modest and clean. Staff were friendly. The volume of the music was just a bit too loud, but the restaurant is in a college area so, perhaps, I'm just old. 3 of us got chicken dishes and one got the pork. All of the meat was well cooked and seasoned. While the food was very good, the beans were barely above room temperature.
I know if I lived/worked in the area, this would be one of my regular spots for a meal.
The Pollo Tropical was flavorful, savory, and sweet! The chicken was moist, evenly marinated and fantastic dipped in the green chili sauce. The plantain was sweets and soft and the rice was perfect. I would order again and again.
Delicious!!! Arroz con cerdo was perfect! Plantains and cilantro rice great! Fast, friendly service. Highly recommend!
