Pizza Hut

My delivery driver initially arrived with a bag that was empty and only delivered my soda. After going back to get my food, it was eventually delivered. Though I was given an extra bottle of soda as an apology (which was appreciated), my pizza was lukewarm and the crust was much tougher and harder to chew through than usual. Overall a very disappointing experience that makes me much less likely to order from this restaurant again.

Good luck getting something fixed on your order when it shows up with something inevitably missing. Pizza Hut just began outsourcing its call taking to outside the country and the extension to the store is off the hook so there is no way of speaking to an actual employee. If you like infinitely looping menus give them a call. The outsourced call takers are of no help and will simply transfer you to the same menu you’ve been trying to use unsuccessfully already or just hang up on you as I learned. Oh yes and if you think calling Pizza Hut corporate is the next reasonable option you’d be wrong because sitting on hold for 30 minutes will lead you no where. I guess they’re saving on wages and food costs since they can scam you with no means of remedy.
