The Waverly is the definition of no frills. Menu on the wall, servers also cook, and booths as hard as church pews. However the food is good and it comes quickly. And for heavens don’t say a Taylor Roll is like Canadian bacon, not if you want to get out of New Jersey alive. Now my regular breakfast stop in Madison NJ

Fantastic little family owmed place. Owner is super nice, good sense of humor, had a great chat about the photo history decor. Can't beat the food, hands down the tastiest and hottest right off the grill! Best coffee I've had in quite some time too. Couldn't resist taking some fresh baked sweets home.

Try their Thursday turkey sandwich. Outstanding, but too expensive for its modest size. Great, local-neighborhood feel and very friendly service.

Absolutely the best breakfast/lunch place in the area. The chef, Bo, cooks the omelettes to perfection each time and everything else. Don’t miss out!!!
