Best location for the whole franchise so far based on personal experience. Not a fan of the fast food but sometimes it feels appropriate, this location recently opened in my neighborhood, I have received coupons in the mail and invitation for the "grand opening". It was pretty good, unexpectedly lots of free food and very friendly and professional stuff, food is good, feels like food, real food and it's pretty good for fast food too. OK we'll sure it's all begins like this but a year later totally different picture, gladly not in this case. Great, clean and nice interior, still good food. Stuff is extremely customer satisfaction oriented and treat you with nice and professional attitude every time, the only thing I can complain is hours of operation, which are keep changing, latest confirmed by an employee closing at 9 pm every day.
I have never in my life felt compelled to write a review for a fast food stop, but here I am. I just love everything about this location and will go out of my way to go here rather than another spot. I don't even eat fast food that often, but they make the fries just perfect. Sometimes it's a little bit of a wait for them, but the food is always super hot when you get it. I've never been disappointed here. Also, there are 2 people who work here (a guy and a girl, I wish I knew their names) that I see every time I come through the drive thru and they're just super awesome and friendly. They always sound super happy over the speaker and are just as pleasant at the window. They genuinely seem to enjoy working there.
Came by for a quick bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised by our server, Aaron. I was a little upset after a stressful day at work and he cheered me up! He was super helpful, nice and the food was Great! Not all fast food restaurants have great customer service but go here and you'll be sure to have a great experience!
Very clean and modern layout. Looks and feels more upscale than most other burger kings. They even have a fireplace which just looks cozy! The staff was very friendly. They have one of those 100 different flavor drink machines which is a plus. But they only have one... which I imagine can get very crowded during a busy lunch hour. I came in during a slow period so I didnt have to worry about that. 5/5
