Great Gym overall and worked out here for many many years. In the summer a fan in the locker rooms would be a good addition. Not a fan of how they make you come in person to the original facility you signed up at to cancel and charge you for an additional month.

First gym I ever attended. I go to Westport now due to convenience but this gym in particular is less crowded at all times than the Westport one. Had more stretching area. I do dislike how they changed the CrossFit area (used to be basketball Court free to public) to an area that requires a better membership.
