Excellent! If you haven't been you need to go! Brad or server and Tiffany the manager were absolutely wonderful and helping me with a large party of family. I started off requesting a table a week or 10 days before I needed it. And I think I requested 13 then I needed to call back and ask if I could get it for 14 then the day before the event our daughter and grandkids decided they would drive into town from New Orleans and they did! So then I needed three more seats. They accommodated us without any problems. The service was fantastic the food was excellent and I mean excellent! And by the way guys the biscuits and gravy are to die for and I thought I was going to have to take out one of my grandchildren just to get hold of her French toast! Hahaha it looked delicious and she ate every bit of it! I cannot think everyone at that restaurant enough. Even as you would walk through the dining room the people that work there would speak to you! They were all just so very kind and we were greeted and taken their good care of as if we were family! Thank you all so very very much. With great appreciation, Sydney Adams P.S. of course we had to have some brunch libations and we had various ones from a champagne and vodka mimosa to bloody Mary's and I'm not sure what else but each and every one was excellent!

We had the most delicious Thanksgiving dinner ever!! Our family ordered the dinner for 6. It was plenty of food. Everyone was stuffed. It was the best Turkey we have ever eaten. All of the sides tasted homemade. I couldn’t have improved anything. The pumpkin pie was out of this world! Village Anchor will cook our thanksgiving dinner from now on!!

Went here for a friend wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing and service was great. Servers were kind, patient, and quick; especially for a large group. I didn’t pay for the dinner and didn’t see the price so i can’t give an objective opinion regarding price to quality of food. But, I do want to go again and will update rating accordingly to be paying!

Just ate here for the first time, and my impression is that this place is a real gem. Tried several items from the menu and everything was excellent--absolutely exceeding expectations on every single front. Fried fish was some of the best I've ever had, period. Meatloaf burger was extremely savoury. My goal is to return and try more items on the menu--I will update my review whenever possible. -- Enjoyed our third visit and wanted to say that everything here has always been flawless. Even the simple side salad was one of the most generous and flavorful that I've ever had. The flavors are always so good that you can't wait for another bite.
