This McDonald’s is different from others because it has indoor play area for kids. The food and service is getting better after the pandemic. The atmosphere is beautiful in Middletown city.

I had the best McDonalds experience while dining at this Shelbyville Road location. The fries were hot, salty and had the perfect amount of squish. The gentleman working the drive thru were so happy and made my mediocre day a little brighter.

The new manager is the best. She totally relates with best interests and it seems to me; Food goes down better in pleasant atmosphere.

Had a hamburger happy meal. Fries could have been warmer...went thru drive thru and parked and ate in a parking space...actually hamburger seemed smaller with more bread than burger...didnt eat " just" the bread and only ate hamburger that actually was on bread ..smh...almost $6 for that... Smh...could have kept the toy...here's the thing...have to have a craving for those fries in order to even think about eating there

Breakfast sandwich was correct. Ordered in app to get points and just have coffee at drive thru.

Service was great. But the kids inside play ground was very humid. But the kids didn't seem to mind great place for lunch

This location has a nice play place. Good spot for a road trip stop. Otherwise typical McDonald’s experience.

The guy filling the machine with ice stepped to the machine with shoes putting dirt on the table.

Went through the drive through and ordered an iced caramel latte. Pulled up to the window to pay and Antonio, the man working the drive through, told me that he just learned that the machine was broken but that he wanted to try to fix it before he charged me. He did fix it and I appreciated it so much!!!! He deserves a raise

Love this McDonald's. My foods almost always hott and fresh. And its very close to me. Keep up the good work. You are all very much appreciated working during the pandemic.
