This McDonald’s is different from others because it has indoor play area for kids. The food and service is getting better after the pandemic. The atmosphere is beautiful in Middletown city.

I had the best McDonalds experience while dining at this Shelbyville Road location. The fries were hot, salty and had the perfect amount of squish. The gentleman working the drive thru were so happy and made my mediocre day a little brighter.

Had a hamburger happy meal. Fries could have been warmer...went thru drive thru and parked and ate in a parking space...actually hamburger seemed smaller with more bread than burger...didnt eat " just" the bread and only ate hamburger that actually was on bread ..smh...almost $6 for that... Smh...could have kept the toy...here's the thing...have to have a craving for those fries in order to even think about eating there

Went through the drive through and ordered an iced caramel latte. Pulled up to the window to pay and Antonio, the man working the drive through, told me that he just learned that the machine was broken but that he wanted to try to fix it before he charged me. He did fix it and I appreciated it so much!!!! He deserves a raise

What can you say, it was McDonald's. I am a fan of their breakfast. The drive thru was backed up, so I went in and got served right away. It's nice to be able to go inside again.

Ordered a McGriddle and Macchiato for breakfast. They asked if I wanted the coffee hot or cold, and it’s 20 degrees out, so of course I say hot. My first thought when I get my food was that their new insulated cups are great, but that’s not the case. Coffee is room temperature at best, chilled at worst. Like it has been sitting on the counter for an hour. No thanks.

I would give negative stars if I could. Just had the worst experience at this McDonald's. I waited approximately 10 minutes through their horribly long line. Made it to the window and was told they were not accepting cards, cash only. The drive through window lady had a lot of attitude. I only had a card. I saw my food sitting there and wasted all that time in the line. I could have been told when I ordered. I left and went to DQ and had a quick and wonderful experience in their drive thru. I will never visit this McDonald's again.

Just lost a customer. Pulled in to 1 of 2 drive through lanes, was asked to give them "just a minute" then they served 3 cars back to back in the other lane that were behind me. How's that for good customer service...

One of the nicest in Louisville, but my only complaint is the highchair's have no wheels so they are hard to maneuver.

Nice place but staff seems not happy to be there.. The girl doing the fries are on her phone for quite a while... The guy in the counter , wont look at you in the eye until he had a big yawn on your face and hand your order no hi no ho... But the kids had fun....

Terrible in store service, waited at register while no one greeted me, and even when the cashier showed up, no smile, no hello, no thank you, no energy. Give me a machine, they'd have more interaction then these pathetic excuses for 'service ' associates who are supposed to represent McDonald's...

My grand kids like it & we always get hot food there, people who work there are nice to us, I prefer it over Shelbyville McDonald's, we have 2, they were just newly remolded, and neither have a playland, always gotta go out of town...
