You typical sandwich shop, not bad but not great. Last time I was there they messaged up my order 3 times and I just gave up and took what I had.

Penn Station is deserving of a 5-star review! Their sandwiches are bursting with flavor, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the overall dining experience is exceptional. Highly recommended for sandwich lovers!

Stoped in here for lunch. Location was Understaffed like all restaurants right now. Destiny made the experience a good one working quickly and efficient. Also great customer service. Good thing for a good employee today. Nick to see there are still some hard working people in this world.

I believe the store closes at 8:00. My wife and I are from out of town in this place was recommended to us. When we walked in at 7:30, there was one couple ahead of us. Another couple came in right behind us. There seemed to be only one person working. A nice young lady who I don't remember the name of. I asked her she was the only one she told me that her 15-year-old assistant had a stomach ache and had to go home. At that point she went over and locked the door after taking our orders. She then went and worked through all three orders quickly and efficiently. She brought all three couples meals out at the same time. Ours were excellent. If that young lady is working you really need to stop there she's quite a gem.

Hats off to the 2 employees working. Short staff cause can’t find help. They were efficient and the food was good. They were out of bacon witch they had a sign stating there supplier didn’t deliver. The 2 that were working had a system down and was putting out the food and they were very busy. Would have gave them more stars if I could.

I don't have enough good things to say. Destiny and Travis are literally the best humans. Thank you for making my four year old with terminal brain cancer (DIPG) feel special not knowing her story. Food is always on point. Customer service is out of this world. Sid's favorite place to eat after her chemotherapy infusions. Thank you.

Never seen a Penn Station employee work with more efficiency and pace than Destiny. My goodness, she deserves high praise and a raise for handling lunch rush essentially on her own! Crazy to watch, made me tired myself.
