this is the only penn station i like to eat at. the cheesesteaks are incredible, the fries are awesome and crunchy, also portions are so much better than the other penn stations. really one of the only restaurants that i like to eat at. also, bethany, you are amazing, thanks for being so incredibly nice.
We stopped in for dinner to take home. My food was not made as ordered, and our fries were soggy before we got home (a 7 minute drive). The store was not very clean, when we sat down and waited for our food, the table had dried on food and rings from drinks. The store was busy, and most of the employees seemed to be busy.
The food was very good, but they had a huge price increase on their fries; the small size was almost $3 and the medium size was nearly $4!?! They're definitely tasty when hot, but I raised an eyebrow when I saw the price as I placed my order. I mean we're talking about basic French fries!
Love this place. Would be five stars but itbseems the amount of meat on my favorite Italian Sub has become less. I could be mistaken but it sure seems like it used to be loaded with meat and not so much lettuce..
Penn Station subs never disappoint... best grilled philly steak sub and grilled club in the business... not to mention fresh cut fries are always a PLUS!!! I frequent here for lunch. Clean and fast cook to order service.
Penn Station quality in Southern Indiana has been slowly declining so I don't eat there as much as I use to. Went to this one and it was great! Quick service, great food, overflowing with hot, fresh-cut fries. Will definitely be returning.
I have growing boys that absolutely love this food! We visit this particular location almost everytime and it is the best in Louisville. They wear masks and gloves, the food is HOT and as ordered no matter how weird we Ask for it to be it comes out right. It’s pricey but worth it ANd it can take a while to prepare but I’d rather wait for good food than to have Bad food fast! Thanks guys! We appreciate you
It seems like the ones taking an order over the phone all the instructions for the order are not relayed correctly to the person making the sandwich so the order is not messed up. The manager called apologized for the mix up and offered to replace the sandwich. Shows good customer service! Upped the rating just for that!

The sandwiches & fries are great. But they've become really expensive lately. Over 11 bucks for a regular sandwich & small fries! Just my opinion. And yesterday's teriyaki was a little too salty. That does happen from time to time. But I still crave a. Penn Station every few months :-)
