There were 2 ladies working. I felt so bad the lady with printed glasses made sure my food was fresh. I really wanted to go behind the counter to help her. Around 11:44am October 15th,2023. Thank you mamm . I greatly appreciate .

Me and my son went through the drive-through during breakfast hours. He was able to onder off the lunch menu, and I got breakfast. Everything came out correct and in a short period of time. Great service at the window!

Food wasn't bad you could tell the burgers had sat there for a while but it was around midnight I guess they must not get a lot of business around that time but considering it was downtown I would think they would get business all the time. Definitely had fresher burgers but like I said wasn't too bad.

It's White Castle, home of the Belly-Busting Slider! This location is pretty great during the day/early evening. Night visits can be a little sketch at times, and weekend nights are generally to be avoided with long waits in the drive-thru, very loud music from cars and fairly frequent incidents between customers.

This place was really clean and the manager really takes care of the upkeep. The service was speedy and everyone was friendly however the amount of homeless people that come inside and linger around is a bit much...too much...

They are to say the least, understaffed. 3 people was all they had to work the store. I waited 30 minutes for a strawberry milkshake and a sausage egg and cheese waffle sandwich. And the people working were rude with me also. Generous 2 stars only cause the shake was on point. But the sandwich was cold and undercooked.

You have to wait in line about 20 minutes without a sound on the intercom. Then someone will get on the intercom and take your order but whoever he was i couldn't understand what he was saying because he sounded really tired the only thing that bothers me about this place is that they never have shakes and White Castle has the best shakes and the size and price of them 😋
