I am going to give this place a 5. But really only for the third shift. If you want a real hot, White Castle, fresh or whatever else they fix, go here. They are very friendly and your food taste. S like it did back in the 80s and I'm not kidding. However, if you want to go day shift, you will wait in line forever. With an attitude, the food is like it's been there forever. And they move like they are on drugs. And I'm not kidding that line is the slowest. You'll stay in drive through forever. And if you try to go in, you see the zombies move on around like they don't know what they're doing, and there's no customers. It will take you 25minutes to get anything inside,even if it 3 white castle and a fry...smh

I'd like to give a big shout out to the guy working there tonight Sept 26 2023 at 4am I'm not sure if he was in there by himself or what but the food he made for me this morning was a 10/10 it was the best white castle I have eaten in a long time. I can definitely appreciate a person who cares about the quality taste of the food they put out.
No coca cola products. Only big red, sweet tea? and unsweetened tea. French fries cold, Hamburgers luke warm. Not enough workers to help with the customers. So long to get our orders. Mgr apologized. They need the Cooperate's help for sure
Always great food. The drive thru person, Doris was very polite and made sure we got everything. Don’t find positive attitude in drive thru much. But she is awesome
We had a fantastic experience here. We ordered quite a bit of food and they got our whole order correct. We placed our order through the app because there was a 20% off special happening. The mozzarella sticks were great. The jalapeño cheese sliders and onion rings were awesome as well. We also purchased a 100th anniversary coffee mug that changes colors. So fun. I would highly recommend this place!

My husband and I enjoy fresh, hot bacon, egg, and cheese sliders. The young man that took our order was very friendly ( especially for the early morning hour) and apologized for the delay in receiving our order. It was worth the wait. The slidets and hash rounds were fresh and Hot!
It's been awhile since I've been through a fast food restaurant and it's been quite a while since I've been through a White but I had seen something on a Tik-Tok about White Castle doing an undercover Boss show and at the end of the story the president and owner vowed to make it a better place for the workers and the customers and today the proof is in the pudding when I went in today very impressed and good luck keep up the good work I think White Castle will be around forever.
