Had the Famous JD Chicken Sandwich. Absolutely delicious! A ton of food for the price, great service and friendly staff! I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

We got the B & B burger and chicken parmesan special. Both were delicious and were large portions. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Would definitely go again the next time I'm in Louisville!

The prices tend to run a little too high, but generally the food is worth it. The fries are great. The drink selection is excellent. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and cozy, especially in the spring and fall when the weather is perfect for eating in a patio setting. The staff have either gotten friendlier, or the lady cook who used to speak aggressively is no longer working there.

The burgers achieved the high expectations we had based on other reviews, but the outstanding part of the experience was how we were treated by the restaurant's team. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed and spoken with as if we were regulars, throughout the meal and even as we finished and departed. Significantly exceeded expectations. Dinner special tonight was fried chicken, well prepared by the chef. Nice draft and bottled beer list and an even better bourbon list. Restaurant brand on the burger bun was a nice touch. Regulars we shall become!

My friends and I just had lunch at Coach Lamp on the patio and it was fantastic. I had a huge chicken breast sandwich with creamy potato salad. My friend had a wonderful Spinach Salad and other friend had a Cuban sandwich with crispy french fries. We all thought it was outstanding with large portions and priced very reasonable. We were stuffed. I don't understand why it was not packed for lunch. The server was also wonderful. He even brought us some Lagniappe (little something extra in Cajun) when he brought us our checks. Warm out of the oven homemade chocolate chip cookies. They were divine too. If you have not tried Coach Lamp I encourage you to do so. We will make this our go to lunch spot. It must be Louisville's best kept secret.

Great service from Christian. Delicious fried chicken, very freshly made veggies, real mashed potatoes...lumps and all.😀 Nice decor and ambiance. Love the murals. Owner Billy graciously kept my purse in safe keeping since I so negligently left it behind. Will definitely be going back!!!

This was a very nice place. The inside was nicely decorated on the inside. We sat outside on a beautiful night and our server Christian was great. My wife had Blue Moon ($4), and I had Bacardi and Coke ($7, maybe $8, I had a few). I had the Cuban ($9.99) and my wife had the special Kielbasa, cabbage, mashed potatoes, and applesauce ($18). Great neighborhood place to eat and drink. We will be back.

Second visit to this little gem! Christian, our server is the best. He was our server both times and did a fabulous job. He is very helpful and knowledgeable of both food and drink. The chef, came out to talk dietary restriction for someone in our party, this was so nice and helpful to give her her a better meal option! Looking forward to to our next visit and hope will be a nice night so we can enjoy the wonderful patio. The signature burger is amazing and sweet potato as well as regular fries are awesome. You need to check this neighborhood restaurant out!

Really good food and services. We were greeted the second we walked in. We came on the night of a concert at the Old Forester(next door) which means they have limited menu. The food was really good and filling. I am going to have to make it back on a non concert night so I can have a full menu to order from.

Went to their Fat Tuesday Cajun buffett. Very above average food. Was out first time there. Cute neighborhood setting and decor. Christian, our server was excellent and made us feel like family.Their Gumbo was the best this side of Nola. Going back for their Friday fish fry.
