This was my first time at burger boy and it was great! 🍔 There was a small wait for the food and that’s only because they make your meal fresh right in front of you. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant as well, it was unique to most burger places I have visited. Everyone was very friendly and the burger was awesome. 💖
Went on weekday at 11 pm, open 24 hours. Staff is welcoming and friendly, food made fresh and delicious, we had burger, chicken sandwich and chicken tenders combo, fries super tasty. place is clean and nicely decorated, restroom also clean. There is a juke box to play some music if you want
I was visiting from out of town and google burger diners and this place came up.
I'm so glad we went.
They were slammed busy. But the staff made the wait not just tolerable but enjoyable.
They were laughing and making jokes to get through the rush.
They knew a lot of the customers by name.
If I'm ever in town I would definitely come back and I would highly suggest my friends try it out.
Food was super fresh and made to order. All of the staff was friendly and checked in on us throughout our meal. They really did make us feel welcome. Excellent casual diner!
Food: delicious! I got their burger boy combo which was two patties with your own choice of cheese (big plus), three warmed buns (klosterman brand), lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle with their special sauce (which looked white so maybe mayo based). I couldn't taste much of the sauce but the burger was warm and tasty! I'd say it tasted like a five guys burger but a bit better cause I could choose my cheese.
Restaurant itself: alright. I mean there's not much to expect for a 24-hour diner. They have a pretty open view of how they make their food and the back area as well. I was hoping to do some studying but they had no WiFi so another 24 hour sit down place might be better for that.
This is definitely in my book as one of the top burger places I have visited the burger was excellent along with the onion rings were cooked perfectly
Soooo good. Excellent late night activity. Came here after a long day of travel since it was the only place open, and I could not have picked a better spot. Got the turkey burger with fries. It was loaded with goodness, packed with flavor, juicy, filling, and downright delicious. Food this good should be illegal. The fries were seasoned to perfection, the toppings on the burger were ace, everything about the meal I had was perfection. Not greasy, not fast food, made with love and soul, and assembled with utmost care. A classic Louisville experience.
We're in Louisville for an appointment and came here for breakfast. It was spectacular! The food was great and the service was top notch. The house made seasoning for the home fries was so good. We're already planning to come back to try the burgers.
My partner and I came here after a concert, and it was packed. Despite that and it being their cook’s first day everything was amazing. The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and even though there were so many people we got our food quickly. Whatever these workers are getting paid, they deserve more.
Pretty good burger, just okay pancakes. I wrote this review just to say that Kate, our server, was super awesome and made my night so much better. Some of the best service I've ever had in a place I never expected. Also the jukebox is swag.
