Ray rotated my perspective on coffee. Wonderfully designed space, delightful staff, and a wonderful group of regulars. Come for coffee, stay for the community. The mocha and hot chocolate are stellar as well.

Balconi specializes in coffee, they know how to brew the perfect batch. I go for their cold brew which has the best flavor on the market. The Almond Essence Latte is out of this world and there is nothing even like it in Los Angeles. The baristas take their time to make sure they pour the perfect amount and show their coffee craft.

Solid coffee place with friendly baristas. They specialize in siphoned coffee but the latte I had was also good. There's some baked goods available too if that's your thing. Definitely recommended if you want good coffee for a break from all the bubble tea nearby.

The hot matcha latte is a must try. Refreshing and wake one up in the early morning. Will definitely come back again and they validate 1 hour of parking.

Freshly ground siphon brewed coffee. Went back there twice in one day. Four Barrel Ethiopian & Verve Panama roasts were heavenly. Near a ton of asian restaurants. Bathroom hunt was interesting, but the coffee is so good who cares.

So good! Great staff, very friendly, calm environment and amazing coffee. If you are thinking of going here you absolutely should but please do when I don’t need coffee. If everyone finds out how great it is my line is going to get longer. :(
