We “The Bizz Magazine “ hosted a party over the weekend and everything about it was great: the band, atmosphere, food, service & drinks. We will be hosting more events at this venue.
Food was mediocre at best. Got a meatball sub, and the meatballs were cold. Pizza was generic. Service was very slow. The hotel is amazing though, and the view from the lounge was great.
I love, love, love this space!
So much fun here! Great space to hang out and chill also, a wonderful space for private events.
The place seemed very nice presentation-wise, but they weren't open at two different points during our stay when the posted hours there (not the internet) said they should've been open. The fire out and downtown overlook view out back was very nice. Considering it was in the open elements, the place was very well kept and clean. Overall, a very spacious area, full sized bar, and TV's available for viewing. Wish it was open the other times we planned on using their services.
Good service. Sculpin IPA on tap and $6 draws at happy hour. Flatbread pizzas are hot and fresh. Right across the street from LA Live.
Though they only open for a afternoon drinks and small bar bites, it's a nice and comfy place to relax with a drink in hand. You can catch a game on their Televisions or chat with friends. Overlooking LA Live, it had a nice scene. The Bar Keeps are friendly.
I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before. I'd say it's the Mercedes of wine establishments. Great wine list, very comfortable seating and happy hour specials that were really special. Half priced bottles of wine $75 and over? Deal!
Some enticing small plates and cheeses made the Pinot go down nicely. If I lived closer to Nixo Patio Lounge, I'd be broke in 6 months. Recommended
