Customer service skills are strongly lacking all the way up to the manager Myra- people shouldn’t work frontline if they can’t be professional. The food was cold and not what I asked for. Went back to advise the manager who needs to go back to managerial class bet they auto was not handled properly at all. Minimum wage is not a reason to not provide good service! Never again

We had a super bad experience in this place. We waited for 15 minutes, after this our order was wrong. In this time there were 3 or 4 more clients who had problem with their order and they were very mad.This location doesn't have baby's changing.

I like KFC. What I have noticed is if u want plastic wear ask for it if u want condiments ask for it. U don't just get it. Food tastes great hits the spot every time.

I'm always amazed how cashiers or counter attendants don't listen to a customer's order and have to repeat it multiple times and even get it wrong. Disregard your co-workers in the back, your script to pad the order with unwanted items and repeat what the customer ordered, say thank you and be gone...

We ordered delivery from this KFC, even after having a bad experience in the past. We paid $85 for food and its missing the wings, cookies and extra biscuits. We contacted Grubhub and they refunded a part of the money but not right amount. I don't mind if someone makes a mistake but I do not want to pay for something we did not get. Is it that hard to read an order? I should have ordered Popeye's, we would have been happy.
