Customer service skills are strongly lacking all the way up to the manager Myra- people shouldn’t work frontline if they can’t be professional. The food was cold and not what I asked for. Went back to advise the manager who needs to go back to managerial class bet they auto was not handled properly
We had a super bad experience in this place. We waited for 15 minutes, after this our order was wrong. In this time there were 3 or 4 more clients who had problem with their order and they were very mad.This location doesn't have baby's changing.
I like KFC. What I have noticed is if u want plastic wear ask for it if u want condiments ask for it. U don't just get it. Food tastes great hits the spot every time.
I'm always amazed how cashiers or counter attendants don't listen to a customer's order and have to repeat it multiple times and even get it wrong. Disregard your co-workers in the back, your script to pad the order with unwanted items and repeat what the customer ordered, say thank you and be gone.
Service could definitely use some improvement.
Chicken was good. Sides kinda sucked. Biscuits were dry and hard.
