Papa Johns Pizza

The 2 specialty pizzas we ordered today were really dry. Called the manager, no apology and just said that the thin crust pizza is "just how it is" (We know that's not how it is 'cause we've ordered that before!) and they cant do anything about that, and she is gonna give us the credit for just the other pizza (alfredo). Customer service 👎

On arriving no one greets you. You just get a cold, "picking up or ordering?" After I let him know I was gonna place an order he asks me if I can step outside for 5 minutes because he was busy doing something. Mind you, it's 9 pm and it's about 39° outside. Okay, I'll go to the truck and wait 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I return and again no greeting, he just waits till I start ordering. So I place my order and am told 15-20 minutes will be my wait time. No problem. I was gonna wait inside as it's cold out, but no, I was told I had to wait outside. Okay, back to the truck. 15 minutes pass and I go pick up the pizza. Again he asks me, pick up or ordering. Hmmm, 🤔🤦. I tell him picking up and he realizes which order is mine and proceeds to hand it to me, this time wishing me a "good day". Guess he saw the tip. Pizza wasn't bad, but I disliked the experience.

My online order was botched up they seem to forgot my soda. Called Manager just for her to tell me they were busy it would be a Long wait. I politely stated the obvious that my soda should be given to next available driver. She said it was on its way. 25 min later still waiting. Not sure when I will be able to have my complete meal with my family.

So you order a couple pizzas, you expect to have them come intact. I ordered some from this location and received a pizza HALF EATEN! Attached is the picture. Spoke to the manager, the general manager, and I am waiting back to hear from the area manager. I was offered a free pizza, but they will not give me a refund. I will no longer order from this location, so the free pizza is worthless. Horrible customer service from Janet, the manager. Nancy, the general manager was nice enough, but couldn't help me. And I am waiting back to hear from the area manager to see about a refund. We shall see.
