Jack In The Box

This Jack in the box is very unprofessional. The young lady taking my order was extremely rude. I was asking for a condiment, and asked for something they didn't have. Then asked what condiments they have and she replied with a very condescending manner, "well what kind do you want?" Very sarcastically like to. Manager came out and was extremely rude also towards me, like I was trying to hassle them for no reason. I can see where the employees learn there non customer service attitudes. I just said never mind took my food and left. Maybe you people could start treating people with a little kindness and humanity.

This location is HORRIBLE!!! The nightshift all have an attitude of "how dare you bother me at this time of night" the man in his 30s doesn't say thank you or please just hold on and is that it? They've either given me wrong orders completely to the tiny piece of chicken on my $6 burger. Management needs to step up and bring people in who actually want to work and have a friendly positive attitude, no one wants to go get food from a place like this. I mean look at what little cheese they put! Only on the corner and the fries are stale -__- how long have they really been there for?!?

I love this place! The food is always fresh and hot. I suggest you use the Jack In The Box app. You can get free food or discounts. Check out the "App Exclusive" menu items. You can get discounted menu items there. At the time of this writing, they are doing road work on the Charleston side of the restaurant, so there is a slight detour that leads only to westbound Charleston Blvd. You cannot go around the restaurant to drive through the Walmart lot and and on to Lamb. They do a great job of keeping the homeless off the property, so you don't have to worry about being hassled.
