Carl's Jr.

I usally go in at a later time, but got off work early, the staff is usally nice and friendly, but this time was a miss, the front cashier was not friendly at all, no personality at all. He greeted drive thru with " Thanks for choosing your understaffed Carl's jr, how can I help you. I had no problem with my order, the food was great, I just hope this isn't going to be a on going issue with this location.

Maybe one star is a little harsh but how do you eat a sausage and gravy biscuit without the container and utensils? Kinda ridiculous if you think about it. Dipping the biscuit into the bowl is far too messy for the car and the gravy bowl is too full to put the biscuit in there. Not very cool of Carl.👎

Pretty decent Carl’s Jr. Nothing super special customer service is decent and the food can be hit or miss but usually it’s not to bad. Overall I’m sure they have better locations in the valley but if your in a pinch this will do. The restaurant is clean and the drive through never gets super crowded so that’s a positive for sure!

Went for breakfast and ordered a simple bacon, egg and cheese burrito combo. Got to the window to pickup the order, paid and realized when we got the receipt that she had rang us up for just a burrito and a small drink, Ala carte. I told her we ordered the combo, which comes with the hash browns and a drink. She said well its extra for the hash browns, so I'll need an extra 1.50. We said no. We ordered a combo, and it comes with them. She continued to argue with us, until finally we asked for a manager. We asked her to just refund the money, and cancel the order, and she flat out told us no, she was not canceling our order. She said, our order was ready, and we needed to pay for the hash browns. No manager came, she just literally tossed our order out the window, and shut the doors. I have never been to a drive thru, where they get the order wrong, and then yell at us to pay more. So disgusted with the service here, that we will be contacting corporate. Terrible customer service, and will NEVER go to another Carl's Jr again!

22 April 2022 Dine-in was great Went for a quick bite & the BEST Oreo shakes at a fast food anywhere 😋 Also yummy Deep-fried Zucchini 🤤 Our granddaughter loves the Chicken Stars AND THAT is saying A LOT because she won't eat much fast food at all☆ The food was HOT 🔥 & FRESH & QUICK. ... just a few minutes wait, we sat in a window booth & the Drive-thru moved pretty quickly too 🚘 beep- beep Clean Friendly staff & they wore masks 😷 & gloves Nice, really nice 12 July 2019 Went through the Drive-thru this time: TRIED to order the Famous Star WITHOUT the cheese & sauce. .. INSTEAD. .. they ADDED catsup TOO. Why? Just not sure what to think of this Ruined part of the bun n burger. .. did a lot of scrapping! The other food was fine, BUT then again in all fairness, nothing else was a variation from the standard 2018 Good food. ..didn't mind the small wait BECAUSE it was fresh AND they brought it to the table. $21 for 3 people with substitutions to Specialty Items. ..Excellent value. Great staff! Very clean. How "fast food" should be.
