Einstein Bros. Bagels

The staff here are slower than molasses running out of a jar in the winter. Ordering ahead is slower than coming to the location and placing an order. I wouldn't recommend ordering ahead at this location unless you prefer to sit in the cold waiting for them to prepare the food. It should NEVER take 20 minutes when your phone uses your GPS location. I live 5 minutes away and ordering ahead takes them 20 minutes. No, the restaurant was not busy. The food was cold. As a matter of fact, it's never busy when I come. I'm usually the only one that has placed an order. The district manager needs to work with the staff and train them all again. Staff aren't friendly. No staff ever smile. They all look grumpy. I don't recommend this location as it is.

I have been coming here consistently for years. Love this place. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 is only because they used to offer fresh fruit as a choice for sides or a few more flavors for the chip selection. Now there isn't a fruit option and 1 flavor of chip. Could be inflation however, I still love thos place!

Great service and food every time. Food is fresh and delicious. Today we got the new queso and bacon bagel and it was yum great little kick in the queso. Also the lox bagel is really good a little dill would make it amazing, but still super fresh and delish. My husband often gets the bagelrito and again no surprise hits the spot every time. Their bagels are fresh and soft the cream cheese rocks your socks off. I think the only other place that I have had bagels better than these is in NYC.

Seriously terrible. Ordered ONE simple bagel, nothing fancy. Waited 25 minutes then asked how much longer. The unfriendly staff member rudely informed me they hadn’t even started mine yet so I just left. Didn’t want to waste my time on a refund because of the impolite staff. Several people went up and complained about their orders while I was there as well. I just don’t understand how it can take 30 + minutes to put one bagel in a bag or why a manager would hire an entire staff who is rude to their customers. Won’t be going back.

I wish I could rate it lower!!! First I understand you were busy but I only ordered 2 bagels and an ice coffee i waited 30 min for my food and then decided to ask about my order at that point I was given my order and left. when I got home I opened my bagel only to find that my food had a large bite taken out of it. This is unacceptable and I believe the employe responsible should be fired.

Horrible service from the am manager today all the employees are hustling along but her behavior was awful I chalked it up to her being young or have a rough day but when I did not get what I ordered, my breakfast companion went to counter with my receipt to show we had paid for and did not recieve one item she then yelled I put it in there I went up to counter as saw the commotion. When I arrived the person that took my order said I didn't pay for it we showed receipt and was given the item. I felt very uncomfortable to eat it because of the behavior if some could treat me that way what would they do to the food I was going to eat awful awful manager
