Wonderful staff! Very nice and helpful. Store is as clean as a whistle. I didn't care for the music though. A little too loud and rap for my taste. But overall I liked it. To all the people that are talking about how busy it is maybe that's because Starbucks has such bad service, overpriced coffee, and things that they're doing now a days are not acceptable. Einstein's is staying out of the spotlight just doing what they do best. serving coffee and Bagels. Don't get upset because they're busy and you have to wait in line just think if you were behind the counter how would you react and what would you do. Give these kids a break and be nice to them for once. Einstein's keep doing what you're doing. you're the best

Cannot go wrong here! The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Proportions are plentiful that you leave full and get your Money’s worth. There aren’t many places a family of 5 can eat for under $35!!! And the service is phenomenal!!

I have been coming here consistently for years. Love this place. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 is only because they used to offer fresh fruit as a choice for sides or a few more flavors for the chip selection. Now there isn't a fruit option and 1 flavor of chip. Could be inflation however, I still love thos place!

Great service and food every time. Food is fresh and delicious. Today we got the new queso and bacon bagel and it was yum great little kick in the queso. Also the lox bagel is really good a little dill would make it amazing, but still super fresh and delish. My husband often gets the bagelrito and again no surprise hits the spot every time. Their bagels are fresh and soft the cream cheese rocks your socks off. I think the only other place that I have had bagels better than these is in NYC.
