Wingstop

Ordered my food and expected delivery time was for 512pm. Ten minutes went by after that and my order still was not here. I called my door dasher at 520pm and they said they gave it to someone else and had to completely remake the order and said its gonna take another 20min. The new delivery time was then 552pm. I looked again and new delivery time is now 611pm. I know mistakes happens but I didn't find this to be acceptable.

It took 42 minutes to get an 8 piece wing and fries. At least 5 people who ordered after me got their food first. When I asked if i was getting my food. The employee Angel responded "it's not my problem dog" totally unprofessional and disappointing. I would never hire anyone like this for any job. I recomend you eat elsewhere.

Never eaten here before - sadly probably wouldn’t again. Biggest issue is for one reason or another the gentleman taking my order could not answer questions on menu or items and when he did I couldn’t hear him or he didn’t give me correct answers. Unfortunately because I didn’t know anything about their food after asking questions I ordered a few options to ensure I would have something I like. They fulfill slot of delivery orders which means my order took a long time in comparison to the other restaurants in the food court. I wouldn’t mind if I was told ahead of time that it would be a 20 minute wait. (My family had gotten their food and finished before I got mine from other restaurants) Now to the food - may be delicious to others but I was not impressed and ended up throwing away and ordering from another place. The garlic Parmesan wings were a rub vs sauce. Not my thing - but no way to tell that from menu. The wings were grisly. The fries are fresh which I believe it said but I didn’t realize that it meant they would be not crispy and under cooked. Lastly the fried corn was something I asked several questions about. I was told that yes they were like deep fried corn nuggets. Sadly it’s just corn on cob - this wasn’t something that could be figured out by menu and cashier never told me this. Again very tasty to some I’m sure but not my thing. If I could have just had questions answered I would have ordered differently n saved money.

Good when they do their job, but in my experience you get old food, or the incorrect order like 75% of the time.. would be 2 stars BC when it hits, it hits but... Used to be better when the casino was under a mask mandate, but now you cant order food, let alone eat without the smell and taste of a cloud of cigarette smoke. Only order to go, and order through the phone beforehand because it's always too loud to get the order right. I only go here because it's the most affordable place for wings, and the habanero mango is actually pretty good.. but I would say that the amount of times I've gotten my order correct is about.. 40%?? And the amount of times my order is correct, and the food is fresh is only like 20-25% of the time. I wouldn't recommend it.
