Grill City

Beware of their coffee jelly. I bought yesterday 2/3 and i found out that it was expired! Taste sour! It’s been 9days since it was packed. Should be only good for 3 or 4days since packing day but it’s been there for sale for 9days! I talked to their manager already and told them that i am not for refund money but the way they are selling their food.

Customer service has since improved since my last encounter with Grill City. Visited two years ago customer service was bad. I edited my review because I would like to add my latest encounter (2/25/22) with Grill City I ordered 2 different platters but when I picked up my orders they were two of the SAME kind. I didn't check the tray before I left thinking whoever prepared my orders will not mess it up after all it is only two orders. But when I got to my destination, I was really disappointed and frustrated to see that my orders was messed-up. Too late to drive back, our get together already started and it was at least a 20 miles drive. I checked the receipt (thinking maybe the person who took the order made a mistake) it is indeed 2 different orders on the receipt. How can they have messed it up. Please clean up your act Grill City customers go through great lengths to patronize your business.

I just move in to the area and was so excited to try Filipino foods but My husband and I were so disappointed. I got the wrong order. The kare kare doesn’t comes with shrimp paste. Chicken adobo is like a bone adobo, you can barely eat the meat. Over all, the foods were disgusting. My husband throw it all. It’s a waste of money.

I cannot recommend Grill City for any type of catering, or pick up orders. I ordered for a family gathering, and was notified it was ready. I arrived at the store, and headed to the cashier to pick up my order. They told it wasn't ready, and they were still putting it together. What I assume was a supervisor came by, and asked what I was waiting for. I told her, and she went back to talk with the other staff members. She was told that it was "brought out to the registers." She then went to look for our order, and found that it was sitting in a shopping cart behind the front registers. Upon inspecting the food, not only was it cold, but it wasn't stacked properly in the cart. When I told them that it was unacceptable, they offered to "reheat" my order. This was unacceptable, and I cancelled my entire order

Disappointed with the food. I planned a Vegas trip from Texas and I googled Filipino food in Vegas a month before the trip. I made myself an itinerary. The food IS horrible. It was COLD, the only thing warm was the rice. Then I tell the lady, and she KNEW. But why are they still serving it if it is COLD? SHE WAS AWARE... then she give me a different plate of another meat, and that was still cold. The whole line was cold.... then another customer complained about the same thing.... her food was cold. GRILL CITY , BE CONSISTENT and make sure your food is as good as you advertise it. Very deceiving. You never know who travels and visits your location.
