I'm writing this as I wait at the drive thru menu crossing the 10 minute mark. We've waited because two cars were ahead of us at the window so we figured just be patient. Well now no one's there and no one's at the window or answering our "hellos" at the menu. I count 5 cars behind us all shouting and honking now. Maybe the staff is that overwhelmed I don't know but not even an acknowledgement of us to let anyone know that they're held up? Yes I've had the time to write this whole thing out while still waiting and the moment I hit send we are outta here.

Let me know if you guys have seen this much mayonnaise on a hotdog before! Ridiculous, why is it hard to find good service at sonic nowadays. Please fix this

Ordered through the app and when we arrived they knew who I was immediately and had our food ready within minutes. Unfortunately being extremely short staffed, we had to call back & remind them to bring it out to us. But they were extremely apologetic and got it right out. Everything was still fresh and hot and shakes and slush were perfect! So overall a good experience. Really like this location over the Nellis one!!!

My first time going there and the food was exactly as how I ordered, of course all depends on what type of staff is there at the moment. The day I went it was only drive thru because they didn’t have enough workers which is understandable everyone is lacking employees. But i hope my next visits there would be as normal as my first one. If you want sonic go very late night or some hour when you know is going to be slow, that way you get your food faster.

I did not need the attitude from the drive thru person when asking for certain menu items and they are unable to give it to me. Reasoning was "short staffing" which doesn't make sense because why wouldn't you have at least person each shift who knows how to do everything.
Can definitely tell customer service gets worse as time goes on.

Like others said, be careful if you order through the app for pickup. Left my house once my food was ready. Then I waited awhile in the drive in stall to be told that they are no longer alowing pick ups through the stalls by Nate. Instead they had me wait in the lengthy drive thru for 30 min. My slushi was melted and my food was cold. I know they're busy but they can't just bring it out to me especially when the food was already made? I was parked right next to the door. The whole situation was weird and I would of just left once I was told the drive in stalls were closed but I was already charged for the order through the app. Terrible service

I don't know if this sonic is any good because when we pulled up, cars in the lot, the open sign up and the drive thru window open we were told they're closed. In fairness it was the middle of the night, however, it did say OPEN.
