I don't know if I will ever go back to this location. Stopped in too grab something for lunch. I ordered two things: a slider and a 6 inch sandwich. The worker grabbed the ciabatta roll with his bare hands. Once he realized it, he decided to put on some gloves and attempt to make the sandwich before I asked if him if he was going to get me another bread, since he touched that one with his bare hands. He apologized. I was fine with the service he gave until I took a bite of my sandwich at lunch. I'm giving this store 1 star because both breads were hard and stale. My coworker could barely bite into the slider. The worker had to know the bread was hard because he had to split apart one and slice into the other. Very disappointed!

I am so upset. The subway I just left had no tomatoes, tuna, the cheese looked old and the employee said they never received their shipment. Not a good problem to have. I went to another subway and the food was good. The temperature on their cooling system is too high the. The cucumber slices were frozen around the edges of the tin.

Very clean store, Amaya was very nice and made my sandwich perfectly. While I was eating she was busy cleaning and working, and when other customers came in, she was right there greeting and helping them. Other subways I've been to, you dont even get a greeting until they are ready to make your food. I think this is my favorite store now.

Went there 08/15/18 @ 7:30 am, two workers standing aloof talking about their personal life behind the counter, no attention to customer service whatsoever. Ordered meatball marinara, none made because they claim there was none available, wanted to order other on the menue, but no lettuce and running noticeably low on other toppings. It's a 24hr establishment and no prepping of toppings available including lettuce, the most commonly used item. Asked for the manager, one of the two stated he was the manager, Joe, don't know how true this was because usually I've only seen supervisors. I stated to him, do you see what's going on? How do you run a business with no lettuce, which is the more commonly used item, with all the other items running low...all I got was a blank look as if he didn't care because he was busy tinckering with the register. How ludacris is that, why even stay open with none to minimal toppings for their subsandwiches. Bunch of unprofessional employees, including the supposed manager himself. No wander this place has a high turnover of employees. Word of advice to the management and corporate, get more quality workers or train them properly, because these guys obviously don't care about how they represent the company, just a bunch of young lazy people. They represent the company, act like it or you will lose your regular customers like myself. I live .5 miles away, it's easy to find elsewhere to give business to. Places like this will eventually lose business and close down like the rest. Not coming here again if this is the newer up and coming staff members. The other crew were great, these guys were unbecoming of what an employee should be representing this company.

Went few months back out of 70% of items. Lettuce tomatoe Spinach lady was atleast nice a little wacko but nice. Not sure what’s up with management of this and the other store but dissapointment everytime I visit this store or the one around the corner on rainbow.

WORST SERVICE/NO SERVICE EVER!!! Went on 12/30 at 1050pm. My teens went inside to order. There were 1 person infront of them. When i see the person infront of them walk out. The worker was taking forever and was on the phone and wasnt putting enought amount of ingridience. At the end he got so fkn comfortable talking on the phone that he didnt even mind to help my teens to take their order. I got so fkn pissed we ended up walking out at 1140pm with no sandwhiches. Thats the last time i go to that location. And i heard from another worker from Subway that is not the first time he has giving BAD service. LAZY workers give BAD rep to the restaurant and the location

Place was packed and I was denied the ability to buy my lunch because it was claimed they couldn't break 100,which is bull cause they made the change in the time I waited and watched them serve everybody else. The music was unreasonably loud to the point that every other question was "what?" because nobody could be heard.

The carved turkey was much better than i thought.
It was a nice portion and combined with the cranberry mustard it was very tasty. Service was good.
