Mcdonald's

Walked in with wife & grandkids. Restroom was locked, so I thought it would be cleaned. After asking for the key to enter restroom, the Counter person buzzed me in. Bathroom was disgusting! The one urinal was out of service and the one stall was Gross AF, after having to deal with that restroom, The Young male at the counter was completely rude to my wife! I have no idea what the weekday crew is like, but the weekend Crew and leadership needs more training!

This location was horrible. Poor cashier seemed to be new. Had multiple questions for his team/management and they were NOT helpful to him whatsoever. They were on the rude side, seemed rushed even tho the place was empty inside. No training for the cashier when he did my order wrong and charged me twice on something. The girl that had to do the refund was irritated and rude to the cashier. And of course the food was nasty. The fries were old and greasy looking/tasting and no salt. The quarter pounder tastes weird. Nuggets were decent

May 8th 8:15 wow just wow, I would never have believed this mcdonalds the one with some of the meanest employees would be such a delight, My order was processed so fast it was insane I had a big order with alot of changes on the app for pickup and decided to get a 6 piece on the side and put curbside for that order and then decided I'd just pick it up instead of curbside but I literally had no chance as my 6 price was out within seconds of ordering it, picking up my big order was even more of surprise very friendly staff and manager was super kind props to her and I was lucky as the fries and nuggets were FRESH witch was a rare occurrence for me, not to mention they didn't skimp on the added extra things like tomatoes lettuce onions pickles and the mcfullry was filled properly and blended, I'd have put it on the MCD survey but mobile orders don't get receipts

They can't handle the double drive through, I got a completely different order. I went in to get it fixed and first they threw away the other order, which had two perfectly good burgers and two large fries that I could have taken or could have been given to someone who needed it. Then it took three times of going to the counter after checking my bag and seeing that my order still wasn't all there until they got it right. And when I finally got everything I ordered (a mcdouble, buttermilk chicken, 6 piece nugget and 2 fries) I look at my chicken and this is what they gave me. One soggy end of a tomato, some limp lettuce and a little squirt of mayo. I don't know what happened to this place but it wasn't always like this, I'll never come back

For a McDonald's this location's food is hit or miss as the quality varies from Okay down to Fair. Staff is very short with customers and I personally have never seen anyone crack a smile. Also, please be sure to check your order as mistakes are a common occurrence here. This location's saving grace is that they are open 24 hours.

If I could give 0 stars yes , that will be my score on this location , I've spent almost $10 everyday at this location which is about $300 a month for coffee and breakfast and sometimes even more when my daughter's comes back from school , you see I have a little business inside the swapmeet, their service is been always the worse these young kids don't want to work or they don't get the right training with customer service, I ordered coffee today like everyday, today was cold I asked to have fresh coffee the girl put my coffee in the microwave and gave it back to me, then I ask again if I could have fresh coffee and she told me with an attitude that will take 15 minutes or more I said yes that's fi e then I asked that was ok with her she didn't responding walked away
