I've tried a lot of ramen places in Vegas, some better than others. But Kobo is #1 on my list of Vegas ramen restaurants. The servers and staff are all very kind and professional, and the ramen is DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the tonkotsu or miso broth with their Kobo garlic on the side, and an order of their pan-fried gyoza if you're looking for a fantastic and inexpensive meal. Do NOT skip Kobo if you're in the south Durango area.

Delicious fresh noodles-watch them be made fresh! Less than 1/2 mile from Durango Casino with lots of good parking and close to 215 freeway. Stopped here for the first time with my family who was visiting from out of state and decided to give this place a try as all the food places were full in the newly opened Durango Casino. What a great find! Will definitely return! Their food was reasonably priced, the customer service excellent, the noodles freshly made and food freshly cooked to order. It is small, some tables and counter seating. They have one dish that’s so spicy hot, that if you are going to order it you have to sign a waiver—-I sure didn’t try that. Ha! This is a hidden gem In our city! Be sure to note the limited hours.

Tbh, this might be the best ramen I have had in Vegas. The broth is actually made from real and fresh ingredients. I recommend Tonkotsu ramen with spice on the side so you can taste the original broth and then add spicy on top of it

The best ramen spot in the state. I’ve been going to Kobo since it opened the food quality has been very consistent. Fresh made noodle definitely makes a huge difference. And the price is unbeatable. I’ve been trying other ramen places in town and still can’t find something like Kobo. Really hope they can open more locations.

Very good ramen place. They make their own noodles and they put a lot of toppings in your bowl.

Tried this place 3 weeks ago and I would definitely go back. It does feel a little cramp in the restaurant, but enough space for diners at the bar. Dim lighting created a more private atmosphere. The tonktsu broth was superb! The pork was perfectly cooked! Just melts in the mouth. Can't wait to go back because I just keep thinking about it. Friendly service.

Very good ramen and the Chashu Rice bowl is delicious! The best part, the prices are still super affordable even with some price increases! I hope it will stay like that forever.

Today, I went with my partner to Ramen KoBo and tried their limited edition Birria Ramen, and wow - we're big fans. I was skeptical at first. Not going to lie, lol. I thought it would be another marketing or trendy gimmick. Plus, I had doubts that a Japanese ramen shop could authentically make a complex, delicious and rich cultural item like Birria broth. Boy, oh boy was I in for a treat. The Birria Ramen exceeded all my expectations. It was delicious, tasty, rich, very well-presented and intentionally crafted by the staff at Ramen KoBo. It was so good that I'm already thinking about going again! Somehow, the noodles, broth, garnishes, including the side quesadilla just all worked seamlessly together. However, where Ramen KoBo really, really shined was their customer service. The staff - all of them - were warm, kind and so welcoming. They took time out of their day to interact, engage and answer any and all of our questions. Ramen KoBo, the staff at today's visit deserve a massive shoutout for their incredible work today. We'll be back!

This place is everything you want in an authentic ramen shop - from fresh noodles made in house, to rich soup bases, to fresh and high quality garnishes. One atypical inclusion that I LOVED was the couple of cloves of fried garlic. I have a weakness, and those little crispy nuggets were sublime!
