They've revamped quite a bit since I've last been. The pancakes still seem the same as I've last eaten, maybe a bit smaller. I did notice the lack of syrup flavors, but perhaps I could've just asked for them. Decent meal for a decent price. Doesn't get much better than this!

It has been since 2019 since my last review of this location. It is still pretty consistent with good quality of food. My son and I use to come here quite often , but not as much lately. I came last week to try the new Eggs Benedict. They were pretty good , but of course I've had better. I added a single pancake and it also came with either hashbrowns or home fries , so I chose the home fries. I also had coffee with my breakfast.
The service is still pretty good , no complaints. My first cup of coffee was not too fresh , but she brought me a new pot and it was much better. We usually get chicken fried steak breakfast or sometimes the omlettes . I have had their burgers before and they are pretty good also. Their pancakes are always big , fluffy and good. Some of my favorite pancakes.
This location is usually about half full and sometimes only a few customers. It never seems to be to crowded and it is clean. We go to several local diners for breakfast also , but this IHOP is closest to us and very convenient when we don't feel like going very far.
First time here in some time. Revamped menu and decor. Still seems to have the old typical foods, with some newer options. Not sure if they still offer several flavors of syrup like the old days. Only the standard on the table. Was pleased, however beverages are a bit pricey.
I enjoyed the food here. Staff were nice and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Id come back
Today I went again here and for some reason it was chaos. I had asked for a certain way to have my pancakes drizzled and it wasn’t. It came with the drizzle falling off the plate and 1 of my bacon fell on the floor and was never replaced. Although I was told it will be. I har to go up to ask for my water again. I had to go up and ask for my to go plates. My omelette I built was missing some veggies. The people near us were complaining about their bacon and eggs as well. Jose is a good server but seemed like he needed help. The chef-Steven probably was sleepy cause he wasn’t on point with his cooking. Now I don’t know if I’d go back but this needs to be said for improvement.

Stopped for a late lunch after church on a Sunday. The restaurant was not too busy at this time. Leilah was our waitress and very attentive in taking our drink and entree orders.
We ordered a big steak omelet with pancakes/hash browns, French toast special with eggs, and tomato basil soap with cheese crisps / berry salad with grilled chicken. We also ordered 1 coffee.
All entrees were served within 20 minutes to our table. They forgot to put the berries on my salad, so Leilah brought me a small portion of fresh strawberries, but no bluberries, since they had run out of them. We enjoy dining at this location, so we will come back in the future.
I use their IHOP dining app and register the pan coins each time to earn discounts on our food bill.
Went for breakfast early.. Food served just Quick enough.. Fresh and so delicious 😋 😍

The manager Daniel was very nice. Invited me and my family back to the restaurant and compensated my entire meal for the previous experience. Overall great experience and customer service
Good for the price and convenience. Service is top notch. Extremely courteous and amicable. The food portions are good, but the French toasts were a little hard and tasted like microwave toasts. Everything else excellent. Will come back for the pancakes, my faves.
I was surprised how accommodating they were with our requests for extra cleaning of the tables and a niche area for ourselves. Service was excellent. The food and price and decor is always the same. It is a fast good chain, but perfect when little kids are part of the group.
