They've revamped quite a bit since I've last been. The pancakes still seem the same as I've last eaten, maybe a bit smaller. I did notice the lack of syrup flavors, but perhaps I could've just asked for them. Decent meal for a decent price. Doesn't get much better than this!

First time here in some time. Revamped menu and decor. Still seems to have the old typical foods, with some newer options. Not sure if they still offer several flavors of syrup like the old days. Only the standard on the table. Was pleased, however beverages are a bit pricey.

Stopped for a late lunch after church on a Sunday. The restaurant was not too busy at this time. Leilah was our waitress and very attentive in taking our drink and entree orders.

Good for the price and convenience. Service is top notch. Extremely courteous and amicable. The food portions are good, but the French toasts were a little hard and tasted like microwave toasts. Everything else excellent. Will come back for the pancakes, my faves.
I was surprised how accommodating they were with our requests for extra cleaning of the tables and a niche area for ourselves. Service was excellent. The food and price and decor is always the same. It is a fast good chain, but perfect when little kids are part of the group.

I came for breakfast with two of my friends and Tori was our server. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. My friend asked if she could practice her Spanish with Tori and she was happy to help. We all left very happy and full, thank you Tori!
IHOP was good, we had to wait about 5 minutes to get sat at a table. The server was awesome, she was fast and recommend some good items of the menu. I really enjoyed my omelette. The coffee was okay. The kids loved this unicorn pancakes. Overall glad I stop for breakaway
