Chili's Grill & Bar

I have always loved Chilli's. I used to take my daughter there when we would go out shopping and running errands, now she and my son in law took me and my husband there for our anniversaries. The only bad thing is all the Chili's are way across town from us, but we still go because we love the food and atmosphere and the staff ate always great.

We stopped here on Wednesday, Sept 6, 2023, on our long drive from Tucson to Flagstaff. Our wait person, (Brittani?) was simply awesome. She helped my partner arrange a dish to meet his vegetarian diet. She knew the menu backwards and forwards and was attentive and experienced. She made the stop in Anthem, AZ, the highlight of our day. Thank you.

I finally gave Chili's a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. The food here is SO good and the service was very nice and attentive. Their street corn is amazing. I was a little hesitant to try their ribs because I haven't had the best luck with them at other chain restaurants. But their ribs have a lot of meat on them and they were very juicy. Their House BBQ and dry rub ribs are the best. I highly recommend!

Wish I could recall the name of our server. I believe we were there 4/18/23 and sat in the bar area. Our server was super friendly, maybe on the petite side and I think she had a tattoo or two on her arms. Can't swear by it, but I hope the manager knows who I am talking about. We had a great experience. The server was kind, patient and super friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Little things like extra ice that I love. The food was excellent, and the prices were really low compared to what we had seen all week at other places. I actually don't do a lot of chain type restaurants, but this night I think we were ready for something a little more familiar. The server and the food didn't disappoint. It's a yes for me. If I can find the receipt, I'll add our server's name. She made it so we had a very nice family dinner even though we were tired and probably a bit cranky.

Our local Chilis is great! We always it at the bar and receive great service. All bartenders here that we have been served by are women that are very hard working and multitask very well. We enjoy cooking here during happy hours taking advantage of the happy hour food and drink menu. Texas fries are a must try.
