I researched Picasso quite a bit before I went and was not certain what to expect. When you have two Michelin stars this usually is not the case, but these were given in 2008. I have to say our dinner and experience at Picasso was brilliant. The service, the view, ambience, and especially the food hit on all cylinders. First, they have excellent choices for wines and champagne by the glass and their wine by the bottle selection was exceptional. We started with two glasses of Ruinart Rose Champagne and then a nice bottle of Barbaresco. The sommelier was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife ordered the shorter fixed menu ($150) and I ordered the longer one ($185). I felt both were value for the money. One slight disappointment is we told them my wife was pescatarian and yet the amuse bouche had pheasant meat in it, so I happily had hers as well as mine, but this should not happen. I then had the lobster salad and it was really good, but also my least favorite course. The scallop was amazing, and I felt the last 4 courses were all perfect. The scallop quality was top notch and had a great crust but was then perfectly cooked inside. Next came the foie gras and I can’t even describe how good it was and the portion was huge. Next came the filet mignon, which I ordered rare, and it came with a potato purée. Again, it was amazing. Finally, the desert came and I ordered what was essentially a chocolate lava cake, but it was a on another level. All in all I would highly recommend Picasso if you are in Las Vegas and we will definitely go back.

My girlfriend came to US, and she loves French food and also good atmosphere. I immediately thought of this restaurant, made reservations for the outdoor patio and was not disappointed. The view of fountain show was excellent, food was extremely good but wine pairing was a bit weak, also the light exploded at the table and all staff did was move broken lamp away, it was not until later that we realized a piece was lodged in my gf's sweater but I guess staff just wanted to gloss over it. Also disappointing was the fact that even though we fully complied with the dress code, they let a couple jokers at the next table in sport shoes and sweatpants, what is the point of dress code if you don't enforce it? Pleasant experience, but overated for the price if they neglect the finer details.

Great dining experience. One of the fine dining restaurants in Vegas. A bit on the expensive side $$$$ but Worth the visit. We were seated on the patio and got to enjoy the fountain show. Food was delicious and good service.

Picasso with its seasonal white truffle menu was a highlight of my trip to Las Vegas. Every bite of each dish was a delight. Staff provided great service. The patio’s fountain view was as relaxing and enjoyable as the food. The experience was well worth the price. Picasso will be at the top of my must-do list for my next trip to Vegas.

This is perhaps the first tasting menu I've experienced where I actually couldn't finish the meal! Portion sizes were really generous. I'm glad we did the Premier wine tasting as the selections were interesting and well matched. Also, we really appreciated the sommelier taking the time to answer a number of our questions. We'll be back!

Picasso by Chef Julian Serrano is a delightful blend of French and Spanish cuisine, set amidst an art-inspired ambiance. The dishes, crafted with finesse, beautifully marry flavors and textures. The cozy setting offers a stunning view of the Bellagio fountains, making it an ideal spot for a memorable and classy dining experience. The attentive staff add to the overall charm, making every visit a culinary delight.

No other meal in Las Vegas on our trip has compared. The weight staff was kind and courteous, the serviceware at flowers and setting is beautiful, but the highlight was the food… Beginning with complementary champagne, and then the courses for the two of us for a birthday dinner, including seated food grad, lobster tail and grapefruit salad, fallow deer steak, seared scallop, dessert soufflé, and it just keeps going beyond that… Worth every penny if you’re looking for a fine dining experience, I couldn’t read it any higher…

I loved Picasso! It was both mine and my husband’s favorite part of Las Vegas. We sat on the balcony and watched the gorgeous fountain dance every 15 minutes. We tried various different foods. We liked some better than others, but that is normal for different taste buds! I especially loved my coconut cheesecake. I think it was my favorite dessert I’ve ever had! The best part though was the service!!!! Exquisite. Mitch was the best!!!

Honestly there are not good enough words in the English language to express how GREAT the restaurant is! It’s hands down the best meal and experience I have ever had. A+++. Food, service and atmosphere are off the chart. Jose P waited on us and I can truly say it was a joy to have him walk us through the experience. The food was incredible! Sit outside if you want to experience the fountains up close! C’était vraiment super!

One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas where the food is great and the quality is consistent and good. One of the best parts of dining here is the professionalism of the servers, most of whom have been here for more than a decade. Aside from the food and service, it's the close proximity to the fountain show. At night, the atmosphere is exceptional. Overall, a good experience.
