Nordstrom Marketplace Cafe

Nice store, always well organized & merchandised. Trendy fashions, few good designers. Plenty of staff available to answer questions or price check. Better signage, clean store. Good buyers, good management. I wish they r a bit less expensive.

I’ve shopped here as a local & tourist. It’s one of my favorite Nordstrom locations with a great selection of merchandise. I went holiday shopping & received excellent customer service from the cosmetics department. I told them what I was looking for & my budget and it was a pleasant shopping experience. All of the staff were friendly & helpful, thank you so much. Special thanks to Victorio for assisting me. You can find him at Tom Ford in Nordstrom. He was so sweet & calm while applying a sample foundation & concealer to match me. My friend shopping with me complimented that it was the perfect shade & Victorio did this quickly (5/10 min) since he’s also a professional makeup artist who also works in LA. He also found several holiday gifts to expedite my shopping since I came at closing. I finished shopping in 30-45 min. The cosmetics team is great & it seems they help each other to find products the customer is looking for. I can count 3-4 other salespeople that greeted me, asked if I needed help & would let me know other products/prices. I was worried I wouldn’t finish shopping since I only had an hour, but I’m impressed with this department. Victorio also packed me bags, boxes & tissues for gift wrapping into a tom ford bag. Appreciate the little things, especially on Xmas Eve & coming in near closing time. THANK YOU!

Great store..found some very nice up scale men's shirts and my wife found a nice purse. Friendly staff..J

UPDATE: Changing my 1 star to 5 thanks to Ashley and Miriam!! I went back a week later on the last day of the sale and let them know about my experience...the sunglasses I wanted were in fact STILL on the display for the sale and they honored the sale price! I'm going home with the sunglasses I wanted! Thank you Miriam and Ashley!!!! Really upset with the service we received from our recent visit. I recently came here during their July sale and specifically came to the sale section they had near the handbags. In that section they had a stand ADVERTISING Quay Sunglasses for under $50 as seen in the picture I took. On the stand there were nothing but quay sunglasses. I grabbed a pair I wanted..there were 4 others of the SAME one on the stand. I brought it to the sales rep to pay and she told me that they were not on sale. I proceeded to show her the stand that says they were on sale with the other 3 pairs and she told me it didn't matter. I asked for the manager and she told me there was no manager and that the sign was going to stay there and there was nothing more she was going to say about it. She was very rude. I was surprised that they allowed such a rude employee in nordstrom. Nordstrom has always been a store I go to when I want to spoil myself. They always have good sales reps and great quality items and I was shocked that I was treated that way by this employee. You can clearly see in the picture it says that the sunglasses are under 50 and you can see the 3 silver pairs that were on display I was holding a pair myself. So it's not like someone put down one pair and it was a mistake, these were clearly displayed with the advertisement.

Nice big store! Entire 2nd floor is all Women's wear. Huge selection, great designs, good quality, good service. You better be prepared to pay for that quality, though. Restaurant on 3rd floor. Coffee shop on 1st floor. Easy access, as parking is available directly underneath the store.
