My experience with the store in question was great - however my experience with the initial Door Dash delivery was dismal. Never arrived, even though tracking showed as “delivered”. The manager of the store was great, resolved the issue by quickly making my order again and ensuring that the next driver would follow the delivery address and instructions. Also called back to confirm delivery. I don’t know where my first order went, but someone somewhere (maybe the driver) got 2 free pizzas and chicken. Not the stores fault, they were great.
When they get the order right its usually pretty good. Sometimes the pizzas are not cooked well enough for my liking and the breadsticks can be underdone sometimes.
Please have your team members read the order carefully before preparing a meal. My order was made wrong, resulting in my child (with an allergy) not having a meal like the rest of the family. Though our order was made easily through the app and delivered in a timely manner, it was not made correctly. I was told that another would be made free but would not be delivered for at least another hour and a half. Without a vehicle myself that night it wasn't possible for me to do a pick up order. I declined the service and asked for a credit instead on a future order.
