Pizza Hut

I placed an order 06/29/2022 and was really disapointed. Overall this was a pretty bad order. I ordered a large stuffed crust with Buffalo sauce. The pizza was so incredibly dry if it didn't have a slight tint of orange I would think they didn't put any sauce on it at all. I had 8 pepperoni and 10 mushrooms. This is a pathetic amount amount of toppings on a large pizza. Our second pizza was a large cheese with half pineapple and ham. There were 3 slices of the toppings and the rest was only cheese. The cuts did not line up across the pizza and the out crust was different. It is clear they put 2 pizzas together. For what I paid I should have gone to a table service restaurant. I've been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years. I will try other brand options for my next order.

My experience with the store in question was great - however my experience with the initial Door Dash delivery was dismal. Never arrived, even though tracking showed as “delivered”. The manager of the store was great, resolved the issue by quickly making my order again and ensuring that the next driver would follow the delivery address and instructions. Also called back to confirm delivery. I don’t know where my first order went, but someone somewhere (maybe the driver) got 2 free pizzas and chicken. Not the stores fault, they were great.

This was my last order with pizza hut. The last time we ordered, the pizza was cold and didn't taste good. I thought i would give them one more try, i ordered at 4:40 pm, was quoted 55 minutes 2 and a half hours later, pizza showed up cold. I would like a refund on my order. Lastly, I spent 30 minutes trying to get a hold of someone. I was finally able to speak to someone when i selected the option to place a new order.

Accepted an order over half an hour before end of day, charged my card. Sent emails confirming and saying it was processed and then another saying it was being made. Just for it to never arrive. And when i called the store. It was closed with noway to reach them. Why let someone place an order if you aren't going to make it? Or let them know that you cant due to the time. I want my money back.

I am in total disbelief! I ordered pizza and wings from this location. I have no dogs nor animals. I live in the guest house and the gate was propped open. The delivery guy left my food on THE GROUND without ringing the doorbell nor letting me know my order had arrived. Even if no one came to the door, he left my food on the ground. Once I called Pizza Hut after waiting over an hour, they told me that he left my food on the ground. I am amazed at his inability to deliver food to a customer. Needless to say, I will never order from Pizza Hut, especially this location. The manager was apologetic but I am total disbelief that a place of business can be this ignorant. See pictures.

Please have your team members read the order carefully before preparing a meal. My order was made wrong, resulting in my child (with an allergy) not having a meal like the rest of the family. Though our order was made easily through the app and delivered in a timely manner, it was not made correctly. I was told that another would be made free but would not be delivered for at least another hour and a half. Without a vehicle myself that night it wasn't possible for me to do a pick up order. I declined the service and asked for a credit instead on a future order.
