Shucks Tavern & Oyster Bar

Had breakfast here with one friends who took me there, the food was great and the server was awesome. It is a seafood place so was not sure how the breakfast menu would look. I definitely recommend eating there as the food was very good. It came out fast and everything tasted great. The coffee was good as well which is important to me lol

A nice neighborhood oyster bar / seafood restaurant / gaming spot. There is a relatively large dining area with booths, a few high tops and traditional tables. The bar is about 1/2 gaming 1/2 not. Extensive menu with lots of fresh seafood options. Friendly staff, food comes out of the kitchen quickly. Plenty of parking.

What a great spot!! Off the beaten path and well worth the travel !!! Had a little bite of everything 😋 oysers, shrimp and chowder all stellar 👌. Our server diago new his menu well with great shrimp peel and butter recommendation. Drinks were strong as can and lots of variety. Highly recommend for late night sea food craving!

Our party of six snowbirds had our farewell dinner tonight, took a chance on a new place. We were all very pleased with our choices and the service was excellent. The blackened catfish was so fresh, the oysters on the half shell, delicious! Seafood bisque was savory, crabcakes more crab than cake as they should be. Pasta was generous, mahi mahi beautiful. We will return with more friends!

I went to Palace Station yesterday for some oysters. Oysters were good but the Shooters were served in.a plastic cup. So last night I looked up another Oyster Bar to go to for breakfast on my way back to Elko and I found this place. What an amazing find. Oysters on the half shell with minced garlic and 3 Shooters for breakfast? I now have a favorite Oyster bar for when I move back to Vegas week. The taste was amazing, as was the price. The Bartender was friendly and professional and the Shooters? We’re in an actual glass with a large oyster in each.. Being a Central Cali Coast boy, I know my seafoods and this place hit it on all cylinders. Thank you and I can see why you’ve been here for 20 years. I’ll be seeing you regularly and the Palace and Green Valley have nothing on you.
