This place is a true gem for anyone in the Mandalay Bay, Delano, Excalibur and, of course Luxor MGM-a-verse down there at the end of the strip. Food is great (perfect guacamole), but it’s really about the happy, excellent staff. Kevin, one of two super-engaged managers on duty was entertaining and working the tables like an old school Vegas pro and people loved it. It was a weekday, but everyone got VIP-level attention. Add to that the great eye candy of the Luxor pyramid interior (Diablo’s is elevated above a busy lobby space, but quiet enough) and this place should definitely be on your list.

This is a quick, cheap, solid restaurant that is both delicious and unpretentious.
We were seated immediately and our server was both pleasant and attentive.
I had the fish tacos, which, at $10, is an absolute steal.
Food was tasty, cocktails were also good.

Great spot for drinks. Good prices on beer and their food is pretty good. Is it authentic Mexico City? No but it’s better than your local Chili’s and the service is excellent. Would definitely come back for a shrimp quesadilla and some chips and salsa. Their rice and black beans had a lot of flavor!

Recent trip to Las Vegas and this was our choice once we settled in. Large portions and very good. And, of course, chips and salsa! Very pleased.
I had nachos. So many nachos.

I was seated immediately and the wait for my food was about 10 minutes at the most. Hands down the best Mexican rice I've ever had, it was DELICIOUS! The shredded chicken burrito was also very tasty. I did have to remind the bartender for my drinks, but the Paloma was good as well. I used a $20 off of $40 MyVegas reward, and for the price and the taste, I am not disappointed in the least bit! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor, looking for good Mexican food.

We were seated immediately upon requesting a table on a Wednesday evening. The food came rather quickly, and so did the drinks. We ordered the combination enchilada plate to share, and it was pretty good. We also got chips and salsa, which was also good, but the salsa could have been a little hotter. Service was a little slow and spotty at times. Very nice ambience and decorations, with a full view of the Luxor atrium.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. I got the chicken enchiladas and Mexican street corn. If I had one suggestion it would be to add a little more salt to the corn. Overall a really great experience during my first stay on the strip.

The best Mexican food I've ever had! The meat was so tender and juicy! The black beans were soooo tasty! The drinks were really good too! And the service was great!

This restaurant is extremely delicious. You do not want to miss the chips and salsa and add an extra bowl of guac on. The steak tacos are to die for make sure that if you are in the vicinity of this place that you make it a must do.

We had a wonderful server and tasty food! The beef tacos were outstanding! The kids' bean and cheese burritos were good, but both kids found them spicy, so we'd choose the quesadilla next time.
