Located in Town Square so easier to get a reservation for a large party without having to pay high prices for dinner on the strip. So much to choose from on the menu and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Was able to try a lot of the different pastas and wasn't disappointed.
My husband and I came here for our 5th anniversary. Our server, Fabio, was so friendly and personable. And the food was absolutely delicious. I had the tortellini soup and pumpkin gnocchi. Perfection! And we both shared the cannoli dessert. So good! We're definitely coming back.
Delicious house made Italian food, friendly workers, good prices and involved chef. To me it felt like the restaurant was still figuring out their rhythm, but they were very friendly and handled any issues that we had well. We spoke with the owner and you could tell that she has put a lot of time into her restaurant and food offerings. All the plates felt light for being a pasta and you could tell that quality ingredients were used. Would highly recommend!
Everything about this restaurant is amazing. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is out of this world delicious!!! This is a must when dining out in Vegas. You will not be disappointed!!!
This small authentic Italian spot with a female executive chef was EXACTLY what I needed while in Vegas for business. I prefer restaurants off the strip and Milano completely fit the bill… from the hostess to the servers and the chef herself - everyone treated us like they were happy we were there. Then the food - wow!! definitely homemade and infused with love. There were five of us and all of enjoyed our meal from beginning to end. Definitely have some of that fresh pasta and if you’re hungry and ambitious the signature dish which as we described it looked like a huge seafood pot pie… the crust being pizza dough!! Amazing. Will absolutely go back!

We wanted Italian food and found this place on Yelp. The food was excellent and very flavorful. It was seasoned well and all the dishes were cooked perfectly. The portions were very generous and priced accordingly.
I would definitely recommend; Cavatelli al Frutti di Mare Al forno Milano, Las Vegas Pizza, Spaghetti e Polpette and Misticanza Milano. I’d also suggest the calamari as a starter. I’ve travelled to Italy and have tasted the food. Without question, the food here takes me back offering the same authentic Italian cuisine.
During our meal the owner and operator, Chef Laura came over to our table. She introduced herself and inquired about our meal. She was very pleasant and took a genuine interest in our dining experience. She did the same at other tables which, I found very impressive. If she wasn’t mingling with guests she could be seen in the kitchen assisting her staff in preparing the dishes. All the ingredients used are fresh and the cheese is imported. Although, this does increase her food costs, Chef Laura wants only the best for her customers.
The dining area is a nice size and the decor is reminiscent of an Italian restaurant. The large pizza oven which is visible to guests while dining only enhances the overall vibe of the restaurant.
Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge the staffer at the reception/front desk. She was amazing and very professional. This is a critical position because this is the first person guests encounter and where expectations are formed.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal as well as the service. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine this is the place. I would definitely recommend you give this spot a try. You will not be disappointed.
Had a wonderful meal here recently in Las Vegas. Here, you'll find freshly made Northern Italian food. The staff was very welcoming, including the owner and head chef. Prices were very fair for Las Vegas, and I'd suggest trying this place if you're looking for great Italian food in the Town Square part of Las Vegas.

Great restaurant found in Town square. We were seated quickly and the waiter was very nice giving us recommendations. It was my friend's birthday so he was treated extra well but thankfully there was no happy birthday yelling in the restaurant. Carbonara is excellent, very creamy and the guanciale was crispy by meaty. Tiramisu was fantastic, very rich and I believe it was one of the owners came by and asked about how we we're doing and if we enjoyed everything. Definitely going to come back here, so many dishes to try.
Very good Italian food and beautiful ambience. It was difficult to figure out what to order because everything sounds so delicious! And everyone is so kind and always smiling. Will return soon
Calamari was cooked perfectly but small portions. Pasta portions were on the small side and tasted just ok. The pizza was amazing tho. We ordered another one right after we finished the first.
