Not enough good things to say. The service was impeccable from the bar through to dessert. The staff was professional and not sales pushy. They also admitted when they didn't know something and checked rather than made it up. Drinks were not overpriced and were fresh with strong pours. The meal was delectable. Nothing heavy, everything fresh, portions were generous. And when the dessert we requested didn't satisfy our gluten free needs - they modified it for us

The octopus appetizer was fantastic! Octopus was cooked perfectly and had great flavor and then combined with the hummus it was perfection. The sea bass i ordered was cooked perfectly as well but the puttanesca sauce that it was served on didn’t really pair well with it in my opinion. Brussels sprouts on the side were the best part of the dish. They were crispy with a sweetness that complemented the saltiness of the bacon in them. My wife unfortunately ordered her tuna medium which caused it to be a bit dry. The balsamic sauce with it was very good though. Deducted one star for the nonsense county mashed potatoes. They were the worst potatoes I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The texture was gritty. The chunks were fine that was expected with them being country style but the rest of the mash should have been much creamier. On top of that they had zero flavor. No salt, no pepper, no butter. We each took a couple bites and left the rest because they were so bad. Service was attentive and the food was out quickly.

I have never had a bad meal at any of Em's restaurants. I loved his flagship in Nola but they closed. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The red fish was my friends favorite. Mine was the potstickers and banana cream pie.

Had lunch here and food lived up to Louisiana native critique! We were able to get a group of 6 in for lunch on a weekday without issue (arrived before noon). Everyone's meal was amazing and service was exceptional.

I was in town to attend a concert on the 25th so I celebrated Thanksgiving alone. I booked a table at Emeril’s at 8pm. Arriving a bit early, I was taken to a nice table adjacent to the glassed-in wine cellar. The restaurant was pretty full but service was efficient and attentive. I started with the Champagne of the day, a 2014 Gaston Chiquet Special Club Brut ($39/glass). A bottle retails for $84 so it was a significant markup. But understandable when ordering by the glass and I was given a generous pour. It was a nice glass of Champagne, somewhat austere yet with lots of fruit. I chose a half dozen oysters ($28) for my appetizer; I don’t recall if the menu listed the types, but it was an assortment because of the widely varying sizes and taste. I love oysters and these were very good. I ordered one of the daily specials as my entrée; it was seared ahi with crabmeat and asparagus with two sauces ($68); one for the fish, the other for the crabmeat. Cayenne pepper was sprinkled on top. This was delicious and I ate every morsel. To pair with the fish, I had a glass of Chateau du Margaux ($39). I didn’t see the bottle as the wine arrived in a small carafe (probably from a cruvinet) so don’t know exactly which vineyard but it tasted like a Margaux; enough said. None of the desserts interested me but I wanted something to finish the meal, so I ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream ($4) and a double espresso ($9) as I told my server I was going to make an affogato, so I wanted the ice cream in a tall glass. Well, it came in a shallow dish so when I poured the espresso, it spilled out all over the tablecloth. In retrospect, I should have put spoonsful of the ice cream into the espresso cup. Final thoughts … I enjoyed my meal at Emeril’s. I did not have the ubiquitous gumbo, but I enjoyed almost every facet of my ($203, exclusive of tip) meal. Recommended!

Great service. Good food and wine. The Sea food creole broil was great. The sauce needed no extra seasoning. I recommend the broil and the cornbread. The cornbread comes in the cutest mini cast iron, and it melts in your mouth.

Emeril's was a fantastic dining experience and the quality of the fish was spectacular. The salmon was sashimi grade, melted in your mouth, and was cooked to absolute perfection. The cedar plank trout was so flavorful, smoky, and delicious. The asparagus was grilled very well and the corn was fantastic. The drinks were incredibly well made at the bar and the selection of Japanese whiskeys was excellent. The service was on point, helpful, and well-timed. The staff knew we had about an hour and a half before our comedy show and got us in and out in that timeframe without making anything feel rushed. The entire experience from the drinks to the service and the food was nothing short of fantastic - we will be back again soon!

Food was great! Everything was cooked perfectly. The brussel sprouts were so tasty. Loved the parker rolls and the cornbread!😋. My waiter recommended the brussel sprouts so kudos to him. Would definitely return when I am in Vegas again.
