Chef Michael and team prepared an amazing Italian meal for us! The portions were huge and the meatballs were the best that I have ever tasted! Our waiter, Sasha, was very knowledgeable, attentive and entertaining! He helped us pair our wine perfectly with each course and his menu suggestions were spot on! We had the absolute best experience and would recommend Carmine’s to anyone looking to enjoy a delicious Italian feast!
I’ve never eaten here, but when we come out to visit family, its on our list, based on the amount of 5 star reviews, approaching 1k from repeat patrons, and oh, 25 sour grapes, that were one trip skips, its considered a good place over a bad place by over 600% to the second power, must be awesome!
This is our second time to dine at one the chain locations restaurant. We absolutely enjoy the food, staff and restaurant ambiance. The family style orders are perfect! We ordered one appetizer, the Carmine Salad (which is a must try) and two main dishes for a family of 6. I definitely had to go boxes but very much enjoyed the hospitality from the entire Carmine's team. Hands down the best service in the Las Vegas area. Can't wait to dine here in the future.
At first, I thought they were pricey. But once we received our food, I realized they DO NOT mess around with portion sizes. They give you a lot of food.
This food made me feel at home. One bite gave me instant nostalgia of my childhood in an Italian/ New York family. It was really nice to be fed for the majority of my trip for a fairly low price of all that food.
The Dean Martin music playing in the restaurant was absolutely chef's kiss. 10/10 Our waiter was also kind and efficient. This place does not mess around with Italian food.
I have been to a few different Carmines and my favorite would have to be the Washington DC location. This place is so so good and I love to try different things on the menu. This event was for my work and I was so glad Carmines hosted us. From a party of 200, all tables were served on time together and I was able to eat from the platters served and as always, the chicken Parmesan was still my favorite!

Carmine’s is our councils choice of a celebratory venue. It is spacious and serves up libations and good food. Engaging for a party of two and perfect for dozens if not more. Family style cuisine is the perfect way to get everyone talking. Always looking forward to the experience here.

Went to Carmine's based on a recommendation from Reddit. It was a great experience, we ended up having some drinks and dinner at the bar! The bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
I had a Manhattan and something called Sinatra's Iced Tea. Both very good. A little sweet, but I would order them again.
We ordered family style and had the Lasagna, Ravioli, Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Parmesan. They served some delicious bread with them.
Everything was so Good, I would recommend going in a group because it is served family style. There was another person at the bar who ordered a single dish all to themselves and had a lot of leftovers. For instance the chicken Parmesan covered a full serving dish.
Fun,fun,fun! Even though there was only 2 of us and we knew it was family style, we still wanted to go here. We celebrated my sister’s birthday here. She’s from Iowa and I’m from AZ. We met in Las Vegas. We were given a rave review of your restaurant and it did not disappoint! The food was spectacular and the service even better! Thank you for helping us make this a memorable night!
This was our first time at this restaurant, and the portions are out of this world. The chicken parm was fantastic and the salad was really good, but we felt like we wasted a lot since we were visiting and it was just the two of us. Next time we'll go with another couple, order the same thing, and probably still have left-overs.

This restaurant has great Italian food. A big portion as this is a family style restaurant. 2 entries is good for 3 to 4 for sure. The price is also very reasonable for Vegas in the Caesar hotel. I would definitely recommend this place. Five stars all the way.
Brilliant dining experience in the Italian Yonkers vibe. Fabulous share plates of pasta or proteins. So delicious such great value and so wholesome - such yummy home cooking. Wish I could go back!!
