I just want to say Silvia is amazing. She made mine and my husband's day. Aside from being energetic and sweet. She's thorough! I also appreciate her demeanor handling a Karen that was making her job extremely hard. Silvia did not deserve that treatment! However she rose above and held her composure, and that speaks volumes. Your boss should be very much applicative of a model employee as yourself! Take care until the next time.
I've been to this Subway several times and each time that I've been there, the person making my sandwich was always kind and easy to speak with. This is by far my favorite Subway out of all the ones I've been to (Allentown, Selinsgrove, Lebanon, and Bloomsbury, NJ). Being kind to the sandwich artists goes a very long way too.
The girl is working alone. The place is busy. She's keeping up, to the best of her ability, but we can tell she's frustrated. The diet coke is out, and I'm not sure if she knows how to change it, or if it's even her job to do so. When her performance review comes up, I hope she can get a raise. Considering what she's dealing with, she deserves a good one.
Went around 12:30. Typical lunch rush. Line was moving slow and a worker left the assembly line, leaving only 2 SLOW people, for a few minutes so she can go start coffee!!! Food was good. Bread was fresh. Didn't have plain chocolate chip cookies and that was the reason I stopped to begin with!! One person was new and one was elderly so most people had patience in line!!
One of the better subways out there. Good employees, doing their no in jobs right. Always polite and attentive to detail. They are patient and courteous. Bathroom available. Quiet hallway and air conditioned.
Subway itself gets a decent 3 star.. but this is a perfect.
The best subway in Lancaster pa! ... Bridget does everything great from bread to the sandwich is awesome she keeps her veggies fresh and she is very professional and cool i wm truly happy🖖
