Visited Lancaster March 10,11 for a girl's shopping weekend. Despite the many, many choices for a quick lunch on March 11, we chose Chick-fil-A. The restraunt was so crowded, we had to circle the parking lot 3 times just to find a parking spot. There was at least 20-30 people in front of us in line to order our food. Despite these red flags, we had our food delivered to our table within 15 minutes from entering the building. The staff were pleasant, organized, constantly walking around cleaning up messes and picking up trash, getting drink refills and wiping tables. In addition, the food was hot, fresh, salad was crisp and the condiment selection is the best. It's hard to believe Chick-fil-A is a fast food chain. This is not the only location I've visited recently and left very impressed...Carlisle Pike location was great too! These people have their act together!!! I Wish there would be more locations in PA!

Earlier this week, I decided to load my toddler and infant up to take the 30 minute drive into Lancaster to buy my son new pants at Carters and treat the kids to lunch at Chick-fil-a. Five minutes into my drive, it became clear that my children needed sustenance before the thrills of clothes shopping together so we made a beeline straight to our favorite lunch spot. After unloading both children (which somehow ended up with my toddler taking liberty to pee in the parking lot while I unloaded his sister), standing in line, and ordering our food, I realized I had left my wallet at home in my work bag. Embarrassed, I apologized and pulled my kids aside to explain we weren't going to eat at Chick-fil-a today because mommy forgot her wallet. Anyone whose has spent anytime with toddlers can only imagine how well this conversation was going to go over. Just as I crouched down to break the news, the manager of Chick-fil-a came over and told me they would like to provide our meal free of charge since I forgot my money at home. I was shocked and humbled by their generosity. Our full meal was provided free of charge. Now we frequent this Chick-fil-a more than I care to admit so I can speak to their amazing customer care, quick friendly service, and mommy friendly atmosphere. Still, I was totally unprepared for this simple act of kindness. My blunder turned into a lovely meal with my two happy kids. Pant shopping had to wait for another day but our lunch made me a lifelong loyal Chick-fil-a customer and reminded me the power of a generous spirit.
We love this location. They always have good food in a timely manner. They are often busy as this location is in a prime spot but is an easy on and off to the main road. The staff have always been friendly and the facilities are clean. They could use bigger bathrooms as there is often a line for the womams room when it's busy.
I got talking with someone in line tonight and he said, "I like to support Chick-fil-A because they value people, and that is the most important thing." He is completely right. Chick-fil-A was my first job and they prepared me well for the work world, because they instill this value in their employees. Much gratitude!
It's Chick-fil-A. Good food. Good fast service. Clean place. But nothing exceptional. It's overrated. But the Chick-fil-A sauce is good

Chick Fila's are always well kept, but this one was amazing. The restaurant was spotless. The retired men that work there were constantly walking through and making sure there was not a speck of dust or a chair out of place.
Walked into a midday rush and the place was packed but they were handling everything beautifully. They efficiently moved the line and were very friendly. The older gentleman working the register was a very nice guy. A great experience. And the food was delicious of course.
We love Chick-fil-A my wife got me hooked about a year ago. I love the option of having a healthy choice for dinner(fast food). It's not grease and covered in nasty sauces full of salt. We as a family fully enjoy our visits and look forward to many more.
Literally amazing service. Wow. Very efficient and friendly staff. With a packed inside dining room and many cars in the drive through, I ordered at the desk and had my food within about 10 minutes. Everything about my order was correct and they were so quick I was surprised. Great service and nice staff. Definitely recommend coming here if you like Chick Fil A !
As always the chick fila sandwich is good. And also their soup is also delicious.
This restaurant has an indoor play area for the children. It is helpful for parents so they can enjoy the food and also children they can enjoy playing.
Food is always of good quality; but at times fries could be hotter. If I was inside eating I would say something and am sure they would replace them with hot fries; but I was at the drive thru and ate my food outside.
Have never been disappointed with food here.
