Mcdonald's

Everyone is absolutely rude at this McDonald's. I think management needs to check in and find out what's going wrong here. A lady came and opened the door, for my son, so he could come in, because the drive-thru was overloaded and backed out to the road and we just wanted of couple waters. Can you believe that the employees of this McDonald's had the audacity to mistreat an elderly lady because she let my son in. JUST WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? If this new motto, I wont be coming back. And then when my son tried to order the little boys, now(mind you it was for a 1 and 3 year old) a cheeseburger and a 4 piece, they wouldn't allow him to order that. He could only order the water. It took 15 mins to get 2 cups of water and 2 small cups of HI-C. When he dared to ask after 5 mins he heard the other employee say he can wait.

Chose the drive thru and didn't have much wait. I would,however, appreciate a friendly smile and a thank you. I know how working fast food can be and often you don't feel like being there but a smile and a thank you, is just a small amount of courtesy. Instead of just saying how much my order was, handing my change to me and slamming the window shut. At least the person at the next window said hello.

This is hands down the BEST McDonald’s that I’ve been to. I see the same faces, everyone is friendly and the service and food is consistently great. My coffee is always fresh, the cookies are spot on. I commute over an hour to my job and pass probably two dozen McDonald’s on the way there. This McDonald’s surpasses the others in quality food and service. I just can’t say enough good things. They have to have the best management and team to operate to such perfection. I don’t leave many reviews but these people deserve a good job well done. You make my stressful days better. Thank you so much!

Do not go to this McDonald's because they are so rude and they don't care about their customers cuz like I'm disabled in a wheelchair my hand just drawed up and they still disrespect me and more or less just push me on so I recommend not just because of me because of other things that I've heard about this place do not go here

Usually they are pretty good, however if they are in a rush and they've got that older Hispanic woman running drive thru, check your order. She can't read English. She tried to read my receipt off because my order was wrong, she read coffee as latte, and my McGriddles as sausage biscuits. Out loud. If you can't read, don't do a job that requires you to read.

Worst food experience I've ever had. Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes for two McDoubles with only mustard, and when I finally got my food there was spit on the top of the buns and they came with everything on the burger. Took it back in for what I ordered and they gave me two McDoubles with an eyedropper of mustard in the middle of the patty. Just go somewhere else.
