I have been wanting rolled ice cream for months now and I finally get time to come get some. Ordered the#4 the circus party and asked for the pink and blue cotton candy but she ended up giving me just the blue. Not happy with the girl not making my order the way I wanted it. I was excited to try rolled ice cream for the first time but this was a huge disappointment. First, the service was terrible. Workers were literally standing around chatting while a line piled up at the counter. We had to repeat to them our order twice despite the paper order being right in front of their faces. Finally, the ice cream frankly wasn't great especially for the $17 we spent for 2 cups! Definitely avoid this place.

I would never have put the words "cotton candy" and "ice cream" together in the same sentence but I'm so glad Polar Pan thought to do so! The Circus Party was so unique and unlike anything I have ever had before! Tasty!

Great Ice Cream! They actually make the ice cream from scratch in front of you and it's so wonderful. It's rich and creamy and they have a good variety of combinations to choose from. Glad they have a quality ice cream shop in the mall now.

This is AWESOME. It's so cool to be able to watch them make the ice cream mixture right in front of you. It tastes so good and I honestly wish Knoxville had one a long time ago.
