Bojangles

The food was good. I was unhappy to find out they no longer offer Southern Style chicken tenders. I can't eat all that spice due to dietary restrictions. Then, I was told that they could not give us any BBQ sauce or honey mustard. We would have to pay for each packet. Because we ordered regular chicken and not tenders, they would not give us any.

Cannot convey in words how delicious the food is here! We travel for work and ate there the first time a month or so ago and I am hooked. Best French fries ever and their chicken sandwich is to die for..I will add pictures next time I visit. Anddd this particular location is great because all the staff I have encountered are so friendly and smiles everywhere.

Well I got a two-piece chicken dinner actually I ordered the three piece chicken dinner and got a two-piece went to open the box and the lids were off the lid was off the beans and it spilled everywhere in the box so therefore I didn't get to enjoy the beans or the biscuits were great though that was good and fresh

I did a BEC biscuit meal order through the app & it was supposed to be ready @ 730am. I marked that I was there on the app @ 725. 735 passed & no one brought my phone out so I called to make sure they got the order & to let them know I was outside and to see if I needed to come in. No answer. Time was sensitive due to work. They were getting drive-thru in & out so I drove thru the drive thru. They did have my food ready. I pulled out & grabbed a round. It was Luke warm at best & was crunchy like it wasn't cooked long enough. The sandwich was the same. Cheese still had a chill on it. Tried a different Bogangles & got the same result. I know they have to get ready for the morning rush, but you can tell the sandwich had been made & never put in the warmer.
