The food is fresh, and the service is quick. Employees are courteous and make sure you have what you need. The best time to go is after the lunch rush. Tipping is quite appropriate with their great service. I only wish they had more of a selection of vegetarian options, but there are still plenty of menu options to choose from!

Fast friendly service. Excellent food with bigger than normal portions. Good iced tea. Get some. This review is the same for all of the McAlister's I've eaten at in Knoxville.

This was my first time trying McAlisters and it was an amazing experience. I ordered the french dip and cheddar broccoli cheese soup from other reviews and fell in love with how delicious the food and atmosphere is at this location. The presentation of the food on your plate is also A+. I have eaten at many restraunts and I would have to rank their food near the top from what I experiencend. I look forward to eating here again:)
