We save this place for our last night in Kennebunkport! This place is very nice and has a great outdoor area with a fire pit. We were seated in the waiting are by the fireplace and drink order taken. (Thats nice) We had some fresh oysters and clams for appetizers! Love some fresh oysters! Oysters were very sweet and so fresh. The clams where good, but afterwards we both agreed we should have just gotten more oysters and left the clams off. I ordered the clam chowder and burger. The wife went with the mini lobster roll and fresh Cesar salad. Clam chowed - hands down the favorite chowder of the trip. The depth of flavor and the tenderness of the clams was absolutely amazing. I would go back just for that clam chowder! Burger was good. A little over cooked. Bacon jam and pickles really added the unique flavors to the burger from fresh made ingredients. The shoe string fries were really good! And you get so much of them! Mini lobster roll as really good. Tender lobster and the right combo of butter and mayo. She ate every last bite and i almost didn’t get one! Cesar salad was fresh and a very good contrast to the foods we have been eating all week. The dressing was so fresh. Croutons were made in house and tasted perfect. Service was excellent it’s always refreshing to see people who enjoy their jobs and take pride in them.

Difficult to put into words how incredible the dining experience was here. We had a party of 15 and our table was prepared and ready well before the 6:15 pm reservation time. While the food was awesome, our waitress Tracey G was incredible. Not only did she take care of our large group, she also took care of other tables and always with a smile! The restaurant is nicely decorated with a huge fireplace for you to enjoy cocktails on the sofa. The drinks were very good along with nice options for beer and wine. For me…I really enjoyed a local beer being offered. The Cerveza Medico from Woodland Farms Brewery in Maine is a light, crisp Mexican-style lager made with corn and really went well with any of the foods selected tonight. Appetizers: The Salt-Crusted Shrimp with Pearl tartar sauce was good, but not a favorite out of the appetizers. However, the Fried Oysters with Pearl tartar sauce were another story…these were incredible!!! The combination of the tater sauce and perfectly fried oyster was such a perfect combination and left you craving more. The Shrimp Cocktail were perfectly poached in Old Bay and were very large. The cocktail sauce had just enough spice and kick to compliment the shrimp versus overwhelming them. The Eleanor's Caesar salad was another hit and the small, home-made croutons were tasty in this “shareable” salad. Dinner: The Pearl Lobster Roll is the BEST I’ve ever enjoyed, just like I have enjoyed at Pearl’s in Manhattan. The lobster salad mix and perfectly cooked lobster is what all lobsters should strive for!!! When you add the butter-toasted bun (no hot dog rolls here) you just need to dig in, get messy, pick it up, and ENJOY! The shoestring fries served with the meal come as a huge portion, but you will find yourself eating them long after the lobster roll is gone! A couple of folks ordered the Bouillabaisse and it was impressive. This was a classic rendition of the French soup…a robust blend of lobster broth, saffron aioli, and spices combined into an incredibly smooth broth. The mix of scallop, lobster, shrimp, halibut, mussels, and clams were added at the right times so that nothing was over/under cooked. This is extremely well done and is not just a winter dish!!! Overall …Pearl’s impressed us with ambiance, service, and food. If there was a negative…it would be the lack of a kids menu but the Crispy Pan-Fried Chicken is classic “chicken tenders” but so much better and easily shareable. Did I mention Tracey G was AWESOME!!! I can only dream that someday Rebecca might bring her creative dishes to the “The Athens of the South”…Nashville, Tennessee!!!

An excellent experience at the Pearl. Olivia was our waitress and was pleasant, helpful an engaging. The clam chowder was excellent, my wife raved (and raved) about the mussels. The halibut was very tasty and we'll prepared.

I had the good fortune of eating dinner here with my wife. The restuarant was well lit, a warming fireplace was nearby and the bar was brilliantly lit and included some of my favorite spirits. We had an opportunity to meet the owner, Rebecca, and she was kind enough to recommend a few dishes for us to try. I ordered the grilled ribeye, and my wife, the pan-fried chicken, both were absolutely fantastic!!! We wanted to order dessert, but we were both just too full. I know we will be returning here again.

Love this place!!! Came here on Valentine's Day and was so impressed with the venue and the menu. They have a sitting area near the large, floor to ceiling, fieldstone fireplace, where we enjoyed a specialty cocktail before we were seated. The host and the wait staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. We had reservations for 2 but decided to sit at the bar. The bar tendor was super firendly and helpful with entree decsions as this was our first time at the Pearl. I had the seafood special and my gf had the short ribs! Both were amazing & delectable! The space is huge with an open concept with high ceilings. I found it to be very warm and inviting with a romantic ambiance. They have limited hours prior to Memorial Day so I recommend giving them a call to check out their hours rather than those website as it was difficult to navigate to. Bon appetite!

We’re locals and have a couple regular spots, decided to give Pearl a try and I am kicking myself for not coming sooner! Craft cocktails were delicious. Oysters were refreshing. The Caesar salad, burger and lobster roll were seriously some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few of all 3!) We loved the beautiful patio tucked away from busy dock square area (and convenient parking to boot!) and our server was so friendly, timely and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

The only thing better than the food and drinks were the staff. The local oysters were so fresh and tasty they were still squeaking at us! The salt crusted shrimp is definitely unique and full of flavor. All of the seafood is outstanding and fresh. Save room for dessert though, the praline parfait-OMG!

Food is a 5 star and if you ever wanted to taste all of maine in one dish I highly recommend the bouillabaisse. It was outstanding. Decor is very comfy and rustic. Oysters were super fresh and tasty. Only knocks they were out of drambuie so no rusty nail and we had 9 people, all vaccinated and we could not all sit together, but I get it and this wouldn't deter me from going there again as the food was top notch.

Pearl was amazing! A New England & seafood foodie's dream! I went to Pearl for the first time on my trip to Kennebunkport for dinner. It was easy to make a reservation online for bar seating, which I prefer. The ambiance is very nice there with cute modern and fresh decor, lighting, and jazz music! The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and made my visit a wonderful one! They have happy hour! And I tried the fried oyster appetizer - YUM! So beautifully presented too! And I had the boullebaise which had such a variety of delicious seafood in a lobster broth - so full of flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! Thank you Pearl for the best dining experience and tastiest meal on my trip :)
