First time here and we loved it. I got the grilled cheese with red pepper soup. Very yummy! Fries are different but good. Hubby liked his BYOB burger and IPA. Our server Caleb was great. Appreciated the opportunity to donate a meal for free and the compostable take out box. We will be back.
Go for the fries stay for the grilled cheese. Oh, and feel free to add sliced turkey to that grilled cheese. The soup that comes with the gc is simply amazing. I'd eat a whole bowl of that alone. Unfortunate bar atmosphere, but mainly okay. Cool tile in the bathrooms and near portraits on the walls of the dining room. Not sure who they are. Must be of the owners or something. Good food, good service, ok bar atmosphere.
Had fun today at this bar. Stopped in for a cocktail before the show and enjoyed the hard cider slushy! Lots of seating available. Huge bar with large selection of drinks. Reasonably priced. Hope to come back soon.
Loved this place. The waiter, Jack, was friendly and the food was amazing. The Bloody Mary was delicious! Plan on going back for sure!
The time to get our food during lunch seemed to take longer than it should for lunch and while they were not busy. Everyone liked their food though! Recommend the cosmic fries!
We were visiting from Chicago and my goodness this place has some amazing burgers and can’t forget the fries they are delicious. If you are in the area this is a definite must stop. Plus their prices are extremely reasonable. Hope you all enjoy like we did. Oh and to top it off all the staff was super nice.
Stopped in on a Monday just before happy hour. It wasn't too crowded, which I was happy to find since Bell's across the street is closed on Mondays. The cosmic fries are truly amazing (Jaysus, they're addictive) and I enjoyed the smash burger I got. I liked their beer selection, and got my second one during happy hour. I also love the decor, and service was excellent!
HopCat was amazing! Fairly large free parking lot and a beautiful indoor space.
This Beyond Burger was truly BEYOND. The pretzel bun was soft and fresh, the jalapeno aioli was creamy and spicy, the tomatoes added acidity and flavor I've never had, and yanno your girl loves arugula. 100/10!
I also had a stellar NA brew from Athletic Brewing ~ a perfect meal after arboretum exploring.

The waitress my wife and I had was absolutely amazing. She did a superb job of taking care of us. The manager, Jacob was also excellent in resolving the food quality issue I experienced with my order. I ordered a fried Chicken Sandwich. It came burnt and the oil it was fried in was clearly in need of a change. Jacob and the waitress went out of thier way to resolve the issue for me and the next one was superb. Tho, oddly, the sandwich tasted better cold. Overall, it was clean, neat, efficient, friendly, supportive and a great time. However, the quality of food is only a 4 star in my boom. Tho, the new Truffle Fries A A MUST.
They have the best vegan burger in town! And of course their fries are amazing. Would love some more vegan options in the way of apps or desserts.
