I've always had great experiences with Primo's! We order delivery quite frequently at our office. Every time I call in, I usually have the same gentleman take my order and he is very friendly. Delivery is always super quick and he very nice too! Food is delicious and never had any issues with not receiving the correct items or extras that we ask for. Keep up the great work :)

Has poor communication (never called us about canceling our order) they said it apparently was slices responsibility to do so and not theirs? Waited an hour and 20 mins with a hungry 3 year old with no idea we would never receive our food. Overall dissatisfied with the experience. It could have easily been all avoided if the pizza shop actually contacted to say they don't deliver 2 miles away. Won't be trying there again.

This is the best pizza in the Johnstown area. That’s not to say other places are bad, Primos just had excellent pizza. I’ve heard great things about their wings but I have never tried them. If I order Primos I’m getting pizza. They also have the most incredible Hawaiian pizza.

I'm giving you 0 stars because prices went up and quality and quantity went way down this is despicable I paid $22 for 2 large salads steak fried salads they're being extremely chintzy but charging more for their product that is ridiculous and I will never order from this place again

Just ordered a New York style pizza with extra sauce and light cheese (which a lot of places screw up), and our entire experience was AMAZING. The person on the phone was efficient and polite and got our order spot on, the delivery driver had a mask on (yay!) and brought our pizza piping hot, and this pizza was EXCELLENT. Primos is definitely our new go-to for delivery!

Great food at great prices. Their wedgies and hoagies are packed with meat. The pizza is good and the chef salad has as much meat and cheese as it does lettuce. You can't beat prices.
