The best pizza in town, no contest! The building might look a little dodgy and unimposing from the outside but everything they make is top notch. They have a from-scratch soup of the day every day that tastes just like something you had at grandma's and they serve it with a chunk of their amazing bread and butter. The sandwiches are also on the delicious bread, and cheap for the size. Consistently delicious and flawless, we order francos once a week, at least!

The pizza is not only one of the best in the area its also the cheapest. Grade A service. I like that they give you paper plates with your pizza, most other places don't do that. Its good to know i dont have to do dishes later and its abit faster to serve everyone at home, and easy for parties. Litttle things can meet alot.

I called this place at 7:24pm placed an order for delivery we hung up at 7:29 and she said it will be 30-35 mins. Cool. 8:24 pm still no pizza I called the place back and she said she was going to call the delivery driver see where he is and if he’s 5 mins out she will call me back. Needless to say no call back, and pizza was never delivered your and they close at 9. So I try 11 times to call the place back and I’m Getting a busy signal for 25 Mins and I end up driving over there and arrive at 8:52 ( which took me approximately 8 mins from My house to Francos) and asked where my order was and what the hold up was and she had no answer for anything. She just said she will remake the pizza and it’s on her. My thing is customer service! Aren’t the orders supposed to be delivered in the other they were placed? Why after an hour and 32 mins my delivery was never delivered? What is your delivery driving doing ? At that point who wants a pizza that’s been riding around that long ? Idk what he has done to it. Idk if it’s cold or not. I was so mad bc the timing doesn’t match up I won’t be ordering from here again we’ll if you do make sure ya pick up and not get delivery it will NEVER ARRIVE!!
